In the summer, you will be able to enjoy all water sports on site, with the warm waters of Lake Okanagan through swimming, boating (marina slots available), aqua-park, as well as onsite pool and hot tub. Others amenities at the Resort include 2 tennis courts, a mini golf course for the entire family, beach volleyball court, a marina & boat launch. If you are seeking a winter holiday, this cottage will be a great base to enjoy skiing at the Big White Ski Resort (1 hour 45 minutes), Silver Star Resort (1 hour 15 minutes) and Crystal Mountain in Westbank (1 hour), or nearby snowshoeing and skiing in the backcountry. There are over 20 wineries, as well as cheese factories, to visit and taste their products, spread out within 30-90 minutes driving from the cottage. As well as several golf courses for another great way to enjoy the hot sun of the Okanagan Valley. Closer to your vacation base, you are only 5 minutes driving north to the Fintry Provincial Park, and 10 minutes from horse riding and ATV riding at Fintry High Farm. Or simply lay back on the deck with a glass of wine, overlooking the waters and boating on Lake Okanagan. Very clean cottage, suitable for peaceful retreat, either any season of the year. The driveway is large enough for parking at least two cars (20 x 28 ft). Marina slips are not included in the rental rates, but are available at $40/ day or $210/week. We also have internet access. Onsite grocery store at the resort has limited supplies.
Cleaning costs once you vacate the cottage are included in the rental fees. You have full access to the washer & dryer in the cottage for your convenience. The damage deposit will be returned one week after departure, provided there is no damage, missing inventory and/or excessive cleaning required. The only thing we request before you leave is that all dirty dishes are put in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is running. The cleaning staff will put the clean dishes back in the cupboards. Please lock the doors behind you.

Located 30 km north of Westbank and Kelowna, 30 minutes drive along the Westside Road, in La Casa Resort. Our cottage is also accessible from Vernon via the Westside Road as well (about 40 minutes). Minimum 3 nights stay; 35% due upon booking; 65% due 45 days prior to arrival. Damage Deposit ($600) due one week before arrival and returned 7 days after departure. Payments by PayPal, personnal cheque or Interac e-Transfer for the rental fees; PayPal or Interac e-transfer only for damage deposit. Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is FIRM. Cancellation notice must be given by email to the owner. For any booking made for any season of the year, if cancellation is 15 days or less from the check-in date, no refund is given. If you cancel 45 to 16 days from check-in date, with bookings made for any season of the year, 50% of the total rental fees received for the stay is kept and the 50% remainder is refunded. If cancellation is made more than 45 days before check-in date, for bookings made for anytime of the year, the 35% booking deposit is not refundable. | This is a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom home in La Casa Resort, 30 minutes drive north of West Kelowna with spectacular views of the lake. The cottage is very well presented and clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen. We had everything we could possibly need. Many of the resort facilities were closed as we visited in the thick of Winter, but there was still plenty to do in the area and staff of the resort were about to help if need be. The owner was very easily contactable with queries and quick to reply. Highly recommended.
