Welcome to this fabulous newly renovated and remodeled Georgian Bay cottage. This airy Viceroy well appointed waterfront cottage features vaulted ceilings throughout. The private decks that overlook your own view of Georgian Bay are the perfect location to enjoy a beverage. The western exposure provides breathtaking views of the lake and sunset through the floor to ceiling windows. An open concept kitchen features exquisite granite counters and island with plenty of cabinet space. The new luxurious bathroom comes with beautiful soaker tub, a second bathroom has a shower. There are 3 bedrooms, two having a private deck. All are very well vented for a great nights sleep. You will be hooked on the spectacular sunset views on 2+ acre private property. The 440 ft of picturesque, granite rock sloped shoreline, that is well sheltered in this deep water cove, provides weed free swimming. Additional stairs down to the water with lounging areas, provide a comfortable approach to the dock. you can drive or boat over to grocery/ hardware store, LCBO, gas, resturants within minutes.
The Dock will accommodate up to 26ft boat easily and is great for swimming and fishing.

| Our family first discovered this beautiful cottage back in 2011 and returned every summer for the next four years. After a 10-year break due to conflicting vacation schedules, we knew exactly where we wanted to go this year—and we were so happy to be back.
The moment we pulled into the driveway, we were reminded of some of the best memories our family has ever made. This visit was even more special because we were able to share the experience with our two grandchildren and create a whole new set of wonderful memories together.
Samantha and Rob are exceptional hosts. They greet you personally when you arrive, are always quick to respond if you have any questions, and genuinely care that your stay is enjoyable. The cottage is immaculate, the property is beautifully maintained, and everything you could possibly need is provided. It truly feels like a home away from home.
Some places are nice to visit once, but this cottage is the kind of place you can't wait to return to. We are already looking forward to making even more family memories here next summer. Highly recommend!

| My husband, puppy and I had a wonderful week at Samantha's cottage. The cottage is built on a beautiful piece of land adorned out croppings of the Canadian Shield. The cottage is clean, spacious and well appointed. We loved the screened in porch area- It was lovely and very cozy. The beds are very comfortable and there is nothing like falling asleep with the Georgian Bay breeze. We so enjoyed watching the sunsets while sitting on the Adirondack chairs by the dock or from the living room- just stunning. The Kayaks were a bonus and enjoyed. Thank you, Samantha for sharing your little oasis with us. Appreciate how accessible you were and for your time. We had a very relaxing and beautiful holiday.

| We recently spent a week with our family at the cottage and had a great time. Samantha was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions - from time of booking to during our week there. The cottage is situated in a quiet area and the property has so much space to either hang out in sun or shade, as well as places to play lawn games. There is a great fire pit area (fire ban was on while we were there), as well as a rock area where we set up a propane fire pit we brought.
The cottage was very roomy and there are a couple different living areas that allowed us all to spread out. The screened in sunroom is cozy and we spent time in there reading and visiting. The kitchen has everything you need in relation to dishes, utensils, pots and pans. All BBQ tools are there as well. There really isn't anything you need to bring!
The bedrooms were spacious and where the cottage is situated, we found such a nice breeze almost every day, that with windows open and ceiling fans going, we were very comfortable in the heat of the day. There are not only ceiling fans but also plug in fans in the rooms as well. Again, everything is thought of to make your stay very easy and comfortable.
We used the kayaks, but we also have a boat, so we were able to explore the area and boat to the local grocery store for the few items we forgot, as well as to a local marina for ice cream. Swimming off the dock was part of our week too!
We highly recommend Samantha's cottage for a relaxing vacation.

| Samantha and Rob have a great cottage and a great location. They were also very helpful providing a quick tour and showing us where everything was. The cottage has literally everything you could need including WiFi. The property is well maintained and has plenty of space for various activities. Their waterfront is great for swimming and watching the sunset. The kayaks were a great added bonus as we explored several miles of the gorgeous shoreline that Georgian Bay offers. Hopeful that we can book again for 2023.

| My family and I had a great week at the cottage. The weather was sunny and hot and the water was warm! I was blown away by how well maintained and clean the property was. The inside of the cottage is decorated nicely, just how a proper cottage should be. The screened in porch is amazing! It's perfected for enjoying enjoying the morning fresh air with a cup of coffee and we spent time playing games in here at night. The view of the water is stunning, especially the visible sunsets at dusk. The cottage is situated inside a quiet bay away from any boat traffic or noise which makes it perfect for swimming or relaxing on the dock. The owners of the property are also kind enough to let you use their 2 kayak's and canoe. We had a blast taking them out and exploring the area. This is the perfect place for a family get away. Overall beyond happy with my experience, I will be returning next year! Thank you Samantha and Rob for having us!
