| I booked this cottage for a weekend girls getaway and it was everything we wanted and more! Not only was the cottage spacious and comfortable, but it was equipped with everything we needed. The host, David, was excellent! He is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Upon our reservation, he recommended we visit Bent Ridge Winery, which was such a beautiful spot to have dinner as a group. The highlight, without a doubt, was the gorgeous lake. The large wrap-around deck connects directly to the dock, making it effortless for everyone to enjoy the water. The cottage truly has everything you need for a weekend stay (rain or shine), including water toys, board games, comfortable bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, fire wood, smart TV, and so much more! Highly recommend this place for any occasion.

| David was a wonderful host and the property was beautiful! David was always just one text or phone call away, staying in touch with us the entire time if we needed anything. The property is also pet friendly which was a huge positive for us so our furry family members could enjoy all of the lake luxuries by our side! They catered to our entire family including the kids, enjoying boardgames during our one rainy night, while also taking a trip across the lake on a pebble board during the day - there were lifejackets for all sizes and we were never bored. I will definitely recommend to our friends and will likely book for next summer as well! Thank you for the amazing stay

| This beautiful property was the perfect getaway for our family of 6. The kids spent the entire time jumping off the dock into the lake. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed, was clean and cozy. The deck has a retractable awning to get a break from the sun and down a few steps was a great fire pit for roasting marshmallows.
The owners are very nice and gave great details and instructions for everything about the cottage before we arrived. They checked in a few times to make sure we were settled in okay and we didn't need anything.
Overall great time spent at Falls Lake and we can't wait to come back again to make more memories with our family.

| I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful cottage and it exceeded all my expectations. During the hot summer days, the coolness provided by the central air conditioning throughout the cottage was an absolute blessing. It allowed us to relax and unwind comfortably indoors whenever we needed a break from the sun.
The warm water of the lake was perfect for swimming, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the dock and on the raft. The cottage comes equipped with boats, which added an extra layer of fun and adventure to our stay. We spent many hours paddling around and exploring the beautiful surroundings.
In the evenings, the fire pit became our favorite spot. It was the perfect place to gather, roast marshmallows, and share stories under the starry sky. The combination of the serene lake, the comfortable and cool cottage, and the inviting fire pit made for an unforgettable getaway.
Overall, this cottage offers an ideal blend of comfort, relaxation, and outdoor fun. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect escape! Paddy
