Chayter Beach House is located at beautiful Cousins Shore beach on the north shore of Prince Edward Island, a terrific location for a seaside vacation in PEI. The family-friendly, quiet sand beach is just an easy short stroll from our 2 bedroom cottage. Enjoy the best of both worlds - the Island's calm and tranquility as well as the many activities and attractions nearby.
Chayter Beach House is just a 10 minute drive from Kensington for groceries, restaurants, pub, pharmacy, liquor store, bike rentals, tourism, crafts, Tim Hortons, Frosty Treat Dairy Bar, the Haunted House and access to the Confederation bike trail. We are 30 minutes to Cavendish (National Park, golf, water and amusement parks, Anne of Green Gables attractions), 50 minutes to Charlottetown and 45 minutes to the Confederation Bridge. The Indian River Music Festival is nearby at historic St. Mary's church, a lovely 10 minute drive away. Numerous golf courses are within a 45 minute (and less) drive from here.
Our beach house is set within a small, quiet community of beach homes. Offering beautiful views of the ocean from our deck and large lawn, it has two bedrooms, one full bathroom and comfortably sleeps 4. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. Amenities include washer, clothes line, telephone, television, dvd player, games, books, beach toys, dvds, wifi and lobster pot and tools. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

A particularly great spot to depressurize from city life. What you will hear at Cousins Shore is the sound of the water and the breeze. In the evening great sunsets and at night real darkness and, on clear nights, a great starscape!
This is a non-smoking cottage. No parties/events allowed on the premises.
Spring and Fall bookings under 5 days will have a $150 cleaning fee added to the rental cost.
