Book your 2023 spectacular Muskoka summer getaway at this fabulous private waterfront cottage in the heart of Muskoka. Make memories and enjoy this stunning fully renovated executive luxury waterfront cottage located in the heart of Muskoka 2hrs from Toronto. Starlink Internet installed! EV charging station in Baysville 10 minutes from the cottage. The cottage features a spectacular Great Room with a wall of windows to provide unobstructed views onto the lake, gently sloping clear sandy bottom beach and woods. The Great Room features 12' high ceiling and a gorgeous propane fireplace (works with the flick of a switch). The main floor boasts the Great Room; 3 bedrooms (2 Queen and 1 Double); fully appointed kitchen with modern appliances, dishes, cookware, utensils to prepare delicious meals or snacks; dining area large enough to comfortably seat 6-8 people; a reading nook; and a full bathroom with tub. The open, high ceiling walk-out basement has a second living room with an old-fashioned glorious woodstove for real oldtime cottage enjoyment. A large screen TV is in place for night time movie enjoyment, complete with popcorn! The basement also boasts a Muskoka Room, an additional bedroom with bunkbeds, a small gym, a children's play area, a second full bathroom with shower and a laundry with washer and dryer. There is plenty of space here for everyone to enjoy indoors and out. Fishing is from the dock and / or from the small boathouse. Your small boat or rental boat from the local marina can be affixed to the dock if appropriate. We have some water toys, including a canoe, two kayaks, a SUP and a floating island for, for your use. There is a large yard for open air waterfront enjoyment and a great beach for the kids and a deck for chats under the stars or to enjoy your morning cup of Java.
Just steps outside the Muskoka room is our fabulous hot tub. Watch the brilliant stars in the night sky and the snowflakes in winter coming down as you luxuriate in the hot tub surrounded by woods and a view of the lake.
This is a direct, private waterfront property in the Lake of Bays region of Muskoka, with the nearest town, Baysville. It is the heart of Muskoka and Lake of Bays, and is situated between Bracebridge and Huntsville, about 2 hours north from the foot of the 400 highway.

| We just returned from a delightful 2 week stay at this lovely cottage in Muskoka.
The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how meticulously clean the cottage was. Everything was just as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We opted for the linens and towel service and everything was first rate.
The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room and seating in the great room for our family of 6. The downstairs Muskoka room was stocked with plenty of games, puzzles and toys.
The waterfront was beautiful. The cottage sits on a quiet part of the lake with very little motorboat traffic. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock, enjoying the serenity of cottage life. There were 2 kayaks, a canoe and a stand up paddle board which we made use of daily. The shallow sandy entry to the lake was perfect for young children.
Viktoria the host provided a comprehensive welcome package and was easily accessible by email or text.
We would definitely recommend this cottage and in fact have already booked again for next year.

| Beautiful, well maintained cottage on a perfect Muskoka lake. My youngest daughter tends to get cold in lake water so having the hot tub to warm up in was definitely an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

| This is a truly lovely property - both inside and out! The house is fully equipped, clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need - dishes, pots/pans, cutlery - the works. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, and a fourth bedroom downstairs with a second full bathroom. The home is air conditioned (which helped during the more steamier days) but also has a welcoming fireplace (which we actually used to cut the chill when the weather started to get a wee bit crisp!). Outside is a hot tub, picnic table, fire pit (which we frequented in the evenings) and great water accessories that we took full advantage of including 2 kayaks, a canoe, a stand up paddle board along with several inflatable float toys. The lake is relatively quiet, very few powerboats come through and the lake bottom is fine sand closer to shore. Location-wise, it is 15 mins to Baysville and about a half hour from either Huntsville or Gravenhurst for more in-depth shopping/sightseeing if needed. The host, Viktoria, was wonderful and quickly responded to any queries we had and also provided some helpful insights into what to do in the area. All and all, a great home to unwind in and take in all that Muskoka has to offer.

| This was our second time at the cottage and it was another amazing experience for the whole family! We started our day with tea on the dock and enjoyed the mist on the lake as the sun rose over the trees. This set the tone for the day where we took advantage of the many amenities the cottage and lake had to offer. Of the many things already mentioned here, we especially liked the hot tub (as nighttime temperatures took an unusual dip while we were there), the fire pit and swimming in the pristine lake. Everything inside the cottage felt very clean and new. We enjoyed sleeping on the comfy beds and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. Viktoria was a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended!

| We had a fabulous week at this amazing cottage! The cottage was immaculate and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well appointed. There was a lot of space for everyone. Waterfront has easy entry, great for all ages. Viktoria was a wonderful host and we look forward to renting here again.
