This is "The Spot" in B.C. for wellness, recreation and making new memories. We offer numerous activities for you and your group, come meet us in the middle of BC (no ferry lines) with lots of adventure, nature and comfort. The spot in BC is a perfect location for friend getaways for golf, winery touring, relaxing and recreating on the lake, hiking, biking, and hanging out. The 10 person Finnish Sauna and water bikes are perfect for spending time connecting, cold plunge pools and clean, crisp lake options for a hydrotherapy circuit. There is something for everyone here. We have many yard games (spike ball, bocce, croquet, yard jenga) and indoor games for your enjoyment: ping pong table, dart board, board games, puzzles, cards, and a host of cookbooks and novels. We are working to provide varied activity level experiences. We know you are unique and your energy levels may be itching for adventure or craving a quiet day lakeside. 4 Hours Door to Door from Vancouver, 20 minutes to Costco and other big box stores for your grocery and service needs while in nature, close to city amenities. Enjoy mulled wine, champagne powder slopes and the friendly locals skiing at Harper Mountain, which is an additional 3 km drive up the hill from the lake house. We are located at scenic, natural Paul Lake. We are a 20 minute drive from downtown Kamloops, at the base of Harper Mountain Ski/ Mountain biking hills on the lake. Fabulous mountain biking, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, scenery, star gazing, hiking and open floor plan to enjoy time as a family/group.
There are several wineries nearby, as well as Paintball on week-ends halfway up Harper Mountain, less than 5k away this is an outdoor enthusiasts kind of spot to spend a week.
We have hosted many multi-family groups to enjoy our home. We have adult sized life jackets but if you are binging children, please ensure you have sized them for their current size and bring along their own PFD's. We don't have a motor boat, but you can bring one and dock it for your stay with us at our dock.
We have a small vegetable patch, flower beds and lots of seating and common spaces to reconnect, relax and recharge. We have a grass front yard for your enjoyment.
While there is much to do all around Kamloops and the beautiful surroundings such as world class golf (lots of it - Palm Springs North), horseback riding, rafting, nightly live music at Riverside Park all Summer long...most guests end up staying at the lake. We are about 5 to 7 degrees cooler than downtown Kamloops, with warm breezes off the lake.
Paul Lake is stocked with rainbow & kokanee, fishing paradise!
