Here is a 3 bedroom (totally cleaned between rentals inside and out)...3 queen, 3 double and 1 single..... cottage with everything you need for a relaxing week/weekend away.
From the supplied coffee in the morning, to the hot tub for relaxing in the evening,all you need bring is a good book, groceries and/or your favourite drink.
Linen, towels, kitchenware and coffeepot...all supplied...
Maybe you would like to plan a birthday, anniversary, baby shower, holiday event,etc....
I am here to help you plan and make this an event everyone will love and remember.
We have a small lake (non motorized boats) which is perfect for swimming, paddleboats or just relaxing by the fire pit while enjoying the view.
Prices vary according to season but I think you will find our prices very reasonable. (Arrival is 4:00 And Departure is 11:00,Friday to Friday)
We are located in Shawville, Quebec which is approx. 1 hour from Ottawa and 25 minutes from Renfrew.
We have a grocery store ,bank, shopping and hospital less than 15 minutes away if needed. Leave me your vacation date, number of people and I will get back to you as soon as possible with an answer($).

(Note)We do ask for a half down deposit for the rental of cottage (the half down deposit is (non refundable ) but if we are given (90 days)to try and rebook your intended rental week and it gets rented, then and only then will you receive 50% of your deposit back . (two night minimum stay is required) As well in case of weather that is beyond our control,we will not be held responsible for any loss of power or weather changes.We will do our best to help the situation,but we will not give a refund in this instance...kindly the management.

| This cottage has, quite literally, everything you could need. We came in the fall and had the best weekend! The inside is comfy and spacious. Ourdoors was perfect! Loads of places to sit. All sitting areas are close enough that everyone can easily chat together, but also far enough away that noone feels obligated. Proximity to lake is easy. Spiral staircase is sturdy. And the games area upstairs was a hit! We would love to come back. Thank you, Dora!

| Excellent time at Dora s cottage. We had everything we needed for our family stay. Our young adults children enjoyed the hot tub, the canoe, paddle boards and the pedal boat. The area is really quiet, nice to wake up in the morning just listening to the fauna around.
Kitchen is super practical and well equipped which was perfect to accommodate our growing family. Lost of rooms to sleep in. We spent the Friday night at the little red wagon winery and like Dora, the owners were really welcoming. There are also some nice little quint stores and cafes at Shawville which made the destination interesting. Overall a great experience, hope to come back.

| Nous avons passé un super beau séjour au chalet de Dora durant la relâche scolaire. Un endroit super tranquille, les enfants ont pu glisser, c'était facile d'aller marcher dans les rues autour aussi. Le chalet est confortable, et Dora est une hôte vraiment charmante! Le spa est facile d'accès. C'était notre 2e séjour, et on compte bien y retourner! Merci encore Dora!!

| We enjoyed are week END has a familly. IT is a very peacefull place and the cottage is amazing lot,s of Room and a loft has a Play room was fun (air hockey, pool, arcade). And the spa .. Dora is very accomading and nice person to deal with . We Will diffently go back

| We absolutely loved this cottage. It had everything for a great time ! From the amazing view, to larges spaces, the loft playroom (which kids and adults both enjoyed), to the spa and fireplace outside. Easy to acces, with enough room for everyone, we had a great time. Dora is an amazing person to deal with too! Definable recommend !
