We had a lovely stay with our family and new grand-babies renting the Beach Tree and the home next door. My kids (mostly adult children) extemely enjoyed the use of the paddle-boards and water lily pad (anchored floating lg water pad, keep close to beach or further out). Plenty of lawn and shade for a break from the sun and for little ones to run around. The beach area is quiet, away from the public sector and a sandbar is not far from shore to hang out and float. Travel time about 1.5 hrs from the edge of Buffalo, could still commute if needed. Plenty of room in the home, as well as kitchen supplies, games, books, toys & smart TV. Having access to both homes allowed us to spread out. The beach is perfect for long walks hence the name Longbeach. A must to visit!

We had a very relaxing mini autumn vacation at this beautifally decorated beach cottage. Could not ask for a better view of Lake Erie. Enjoyed afternoon and evening fires on the beach watching that amazing sunset! Cannot wait to go back!

My boys (aged 12 and 10) and I rented this beautiful cottage for a week. It is absolutely stunning! Everything that you could possibly need and more is provided. The outdoor shower is an excellent feature to have. It is beautifully decorated and is such a comfortable and relaxing space. We can't wait to come back!

My family had a wonderful week at Beach Tree! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was great, we had warm weather and swam daily. Our kids loved using the beach toys, kayaks and we really enjoyed evening campfires. It was very relaxing sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful view. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect Girls getaway, we visit every year to this same cottage. The beachtree is perfect and super convenient, close to home, yet we all felt like we escaped home for a much needed early summer break this year. June visit was beautiful, beach water was swim ready, clear and super clean, weather was warm & kayaks were super fun!

Cottage was spotless, and had everything we needed to ensure we all slept well (beds very comfortable, linens, etc all high end... we had lots of room to spend our days outside and and even enjoy the movie selection inside one night.

Definitely will stay here again.
