Welcome to Shoreview Cottatge-Perfect for those seeking a peaceful, quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, this cozy, nature-filled oasis is the ideal destination for families to reconnect, relax, and create lifelong memories. This waterfront four season vacation rental on Lake Couchiching offers a spacious livingroom with vaulted ceilings with specutular endless views of the lake and beautiful sunsets. The dining room, and kitchen are all open-concept areas, with a generous amount of living space for everyone to enjoy. The layout of the main living area is perfect for vacationing families and couples. Everyone can have their own space to watch movies and shows, play games, read books, or work from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, it includes an electric stove, fridge, microwave, dinnerware, cutlery, stemware, pots and pans, cooking/ bbq utensils, toaster, coffee maker, keurig and espresso machine. A butlers pantry with coffee station and extra kitchen space and full sized fridge.
There are 2 smart TV with integrated Roku TV with hundreds of movies and shows for adults and kids.
Relax outdoor on the deck and enjoy the lakeviews, enjoy a meal with the family on the patio with additional seating area outside, Weber propane BBQ, and a fire pit to roast marshmallows, watch the stars and build memories with your loved ones.
We are pet friendly and welcome dogs. Our policy is to have a maximum of 2 pets to join you on your vacation getaway, a flat fee of $100 per pet.

OUR RENTAL POLICY: The primary renter must be 25 years old minimum. No large groups, 10 people capacity. All Adults and Children count in the maximum capacity.
NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL: Pillows, Comforters, bed sheets, towels or kitchen linens. All beds have mattress pad covers only.

Kitchen: Paper towels, Coffee, filters, Keurig pods, spices, foil paper, garbage bags

| It's really nice Cottage for family. Hang out lot of fun there hot tub, kayaking paddle boat. We had an amazing trip. Definitely going back next year. Cottage was clean and sounds of lake was very calming for sleeping. Great for families. Owner of cottages Ana and Mike very friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone.

| Ana is fantastic to work with and an excellent host.
Our family enjoyed a 1 week rental July 12-19th with family and friends.
Amenities are out of this world; hot tub, pool table, table tennis, Foosball table and sauna.
The grounds are spacious and clean. Had fun on the lake and paddleboat. Amazing SUP as well.
Fire pit is lit and the BBQ is top notch.
The cottage is immaculate and very open concept for a large family. Very clean and stocked with all necessities and much more.

| We rented this cottage for NYE to spend with our family. We all had a fabulous time. The cottage is large and spacious and suited our needs, The hot tub was great, having the games kept everyone entertained. The owner, Ana, was helpful and replied to all my messages quickly. We will definitely go back during the summer months.

| Excellent large home for our family Christmas.
Enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, beautiful fully stocked large kitchen, huge dining room, 3 separate areas to sit and relax, lots of parking, pool table, ping pong with beautiful views.
Hosts were available, prompt and great to converse with. Highly recommend
