Your perfect PEI getaway awaits in this restful cottage close to the sea. Tunes 'n Dunes cottage is clean and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The cottage overlooks Thunder Cove beach, famous for its soft singing sands, huge sand dunes and dramatic red cliffs. This stunning beach stretches for miles and is the perfect spot for a long walk, tanning with a good book, or a dip in the warm, ocean waters. The beach is a 8-minute walk from the cottage, or you can park at the cottages-only parking area right at the beach. This spacious 3-bedroom cottage was built in 2014, and comes completely equipped and ready for you. It has 3 large bedrooms (2 queen rooms, one room with 3 twins, and a playpen with bedding). All bedrooms have large dressers and full-sized closets. Fresh, white linens, duvet covers, white bath towels and beach towels are provided for each guest. The kitchen/ family room is large and open concept with peaked ceilings, huge windows and comfortable furniture. Throw open the windows, turn on the fans, relax and enjoy the cool, ocean breeze. Also included are high-speed internet, an air conditioner, large TV, cable, DVD player (with movies), iPod dock/radio, games and books for all ages.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, large kitchen table and plenty of cupboard space. Included are a coffeemaker, toaster, air fryer, kettle, pots/pans including a huge lobster pot, baking pans, serving bowls and lots of dishes and linens.
The full-sized bathroom has plenty of counter space for all your family's necessities, towels, toilet paper and soap. There is also a washer/dryer with detergent for your use.
The wrap-around deck is huge with stunning nature and sunset views, and lots of room for entertaining. Included are colourful deck chairs, patio tables/chairs and a BBQ. The spacious yard is perfect for outdoor games or an evening marshmallow roast in the fire pit.
In the perfect location, Tunes 'n Dunes is located minutes from golf courses, deep-sea fishing, Cavendish attractions and fine/casual dining. Anne of Green Gables makes her spirit felt everywhere on the island - don't miss one of her attractions. Buy lobsters and other fresh seafood from Basin View Seafood (5 minutes away). For delicious seafood dinners, visit Ship to Shore Restaurant (5 minutes away) or Malpeque Oyster Barn (15 minutes away) for fresh oysters, mussels, fish and chips and chowder. Try them, you won't be disappointed!

| We had an absolutely wonderful time at Tunes n Dunes cottage in PEI last summer. The cottage is incredibly spacious- with an open concept kitchen and living room that flows seamlessly into a wraparound porch-perfect for enjoying the summer breeze. My child loved the room with the bunk beds which he dubbed ?my room? for the week.
The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed for the week from a complete kitchen with all appliances necessary to plenty of towels for the beach. Speaking of the beach- it is a short walk to Thunder Cove beach which is a slice of paradise. The water is beautiful, not crowded, some East Coast sea life and the sand which is a kid's dream to play in.
We truly couldn't have asked for a better getaway and cannot wait to visit again.
