The Perfect Place from which to Explore The Island 5/5 Stayed Jun. 2017 We (a group of 12, 65+ers), had a fantastic time in PEI (bicycling the back roads of the Island and the Confederation Trail). We do a trip each year and we usually try and find a facility such as this that can accommodate our group. What a wonderful find it was this year. The Park Corner Property is exceptional in all regards. Our "chef" commented that he has never had the opportunity to cook in such a well appointed kitchen. The relaxing atmosphere was wonderful. A number in our group really enjoyed the out door shower feature. This beautiful property easily accommodated our group in comfort. We also appreciated the fact that the property is nicely located in the centre of the Island and that it is reasonably close to just about anything that one would want to do on PEI. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was an amazing time and having such a wonderful home to return to each evening was truly icing on the cake. Dennis Submitted Jul. 5, 2017
A Perfect Place for Family Unions, Re-unions and general Get Togethers 5/5 Stayed Aug. 2016 Wallace S. My partner and I decided to marry this August and to bring our respective families together for the first time. To extend this family time together we selected Cape Tryon House as our base for this family "union" for the two weeks following the wedding. We could not have chosen a better place for our needs for our five adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We found the house exceptionally well equipped with everything we would need from cooking and glassware and condiments for large group meals to several common spaces for visiting and playing games and relaxing. All situated on at least three acres of well maintained grounds where we enjoyed croquet, kite flying, and general running around during the day and "smores" and more by the fire pit in the evening. There was even satellite TV for the sports minded among us to follow the Rio Olympics. We had no issues at all but Dwight, the manager had introduced himself to us our first evening to make sure we knew we could contact him with any problems. The views from the decks on two levels, the easy access to the Yankee Hill beach and others, the toys and bicycles supplied all made our time at Cape Tryon House very relaxing and enjoyable. Our children all live in western Canada and some had never been to PEI before. All of them left with fond memories and a true appreciation for the quiet and peaceful ways of this beautiful island and their stay at Cape Tryon House. Submitted Aug. 22, 2016

| Awesome cottage with great views. The cottage is very roomy and well spaced out so families have their own privacy. We used the cottage as home base to go on various walks and discover the Island. As golfers we played Eagles Glen (solid track, but nowhere as nice as Green Gables) and Green Gables (excellent course and great views) only 15-20 minutes or so from the cottage. We also drove to the Links at Crowbush which was an hour and 20 minutes because you have to play at one of the best courses in Cda. The restaurants were just getting ready for tourist season and many were not yet open. Among the ones we ate at; we had a great lunch at the PEI Preserve company, Rick's in St Peters Bay (have the fish tacos), Carr's Oyster Bar (great large Malpeque oysters, good view, but menu was restricted as early in year). If you want a more refined dinning experience, you may want to visit the Table. Finally, after searching for a great Lobster roll with no success, we finally hit paydirt at the Water Prince Corner Shop in Charlottetown.
