This Island Beach house is a beautiful 1500 square feet, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage with a brand new large side deck for BBQing over the beautiful Ottawa River. The deck offers a covered and screened in area with out door patio furniture and a gas fire place. A brand new loft style master bedroom with lots of pot lights. Two queen beds, a set of oak bunk beds, a pull out coach and 2 roll out floor mattresses for the children to enjoy in a tent or for movie night in the living room. A fully stocked and over sized kitchen with a large entry way and a hidden washer and dryer closet. There is lots of space for family vacations or romantic getaways. We also have a large grass area at the top of the property to set a camper trailer and water hook ups at extra costs. A 2 minute stroll from the Desjardinsville boat launch and boat slots that are open to the public. Very quiet with a private side yard that compliments with a fire pit, BBQ, big deck for entertaining. lots of water sports like a paddle board, Kayaks (2 kids and 1 adult), Paddleboat (great fishing and swimming in the bay), and a double garage for your leisure. With free range eggs, fresh honey, and a vegetable stand on route to the local bars, restaurants, fresh bakery, and grocery store all within a 10 minute drive. Enjoy a sunset paddle or cook your catch of the day over the fire. We are situated on the beautiful Ottawa river directly across from the Pembroke marina, located on Allumette Island just 12 minutes from Pembroke and all the amenities.
