Christie Lake Cottage

Grandpa's Cottage on beautiful Christie Lake.

A traditional, cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom cottage nestled in pine and maple trees. Clear clean water, with a great shoreline for swimming. You can perfect your cannon ball technique off the wooden dock, on simply sit in an Adirondack chair and view the sunset. A canoe and and two kayaks are provided if you wish to explore the area by water. A nice large grassed lawn is perfect for kids to play and to enjoy an evening fire.

The cottage houses two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the second with a single over double bunk bed to sleep 5 in the main cottage. A bunkie with a double bed is also available upon request.

A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation simple and easy and the open concept kitchen/dining/living room is wonderful for family. You can also enjoy a barbeque and dining on the provided picnic table.

The cottage is truly a old fashioned cottage but with the modern convenience of a four piece bathroom (shower/tub) serviced by a well and septic system.

An attached sun porch provides a wonderful view of the Christie Lake morning, afternoon and night.

Conveniently located 30 minutes from Carleton Place or 15 minutes from Perth or Westport both which boast terrific local shopping or site seeing.
