Mostly sandyshore for swimming, extremely clean lake with great bottom visibility. Beautiful Cedar wood finished interior. Enclosed sunroom (Cedar finish). Aluminum/ Cedar Dock (40 ft) with ladder for swimming and fishing. Private unpaved boat ramp on property for boat launch. Pedal boat and small fishing boats (no motor) available. Good fishing (bass, trout). Close to skidoo trails in winter and ATV trails in summer on crown land. Hiking trails. BEAUTIFUL LAKEFRONT VIEW FROM BOTH DECKS. Large fire pit for outside camp fires.
Cottage Rental Facilities
3 bedroom, 2 storey cottage with living room, dining room, family room, 1 1/2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Eat in at the dining table in the sun room or enjoy your meal on the deck overlooking the lake or simply enjoy your coffee or a nice glass of wine on basement walkout deck along with wood pathway to dock. In addition to 2 bedrooms on upper level, there are 2 additional sofa beds in Sun room that can accommodate 4 people. There is also a bunk bed in fully finished basement in addition to an additional queen size bed. You will find two 42" TV upstairs and a 50' TV in basement with satellite and dvd players, wood and kindling provided for wood stove. Fully finished basement with spiral staircase to basement. Fibe internet throughout cottage.
