Booking now for Fall 2024 and summer 2025. Welcome to Bay Breeze on The Bay of Quinte. This is one of the most popular walleye and bass fishing spots around. Dock your boat or fish off the dock. Or just sit on the large (partially covered) deck, relax and enjoy the views. There are horseshoe pits and outdoor games within the fenced yard. Inside you will have plenty of space with a complete kitchen, large dining area and living room. Or grab a book and relax in the sunroom, overlooking the water. There are three full bedrooms, each with night stands and a dresser. Each of the three bedrooms offer its' own unique theme. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with bunk beds. All linens are supplied (no quilts). The cottage is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, Keurig, pots and pans, stove, microwave, full size fridge, outside bar fridge and a BBQ. Hand towels for the bathroom and tea towels for the kitchen are supplied. You will need to supply your bath towels, face cloths and paper towels. Garbage bags and drinking water is supplied. Minimum 4 nights rental required. Fresh farm eggs are available from a few different local farms. There are a few boat launches just minutes away. You are only 15 minutes to Napanee and the 401, 30 minutes to the Picton Ferry and the apple orchards. Such a wonderful area for the family or fishing and a great way to spend your summer or time away. Note: Ontario's largest highway, Highway 401, makes it an easy and accessible drive from anywhere in Ontario. From Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Bay of Quinte is about two hours away. The closest international border crossing is near Alexandria Bay in New York. From there, get on Highway 401 and head west.

| Wow! What a relaxing week's stay :)
Kim & Rick are the best- available if we had any questions. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen has every gadget you will ever need.
Sitting at the fire in front of the water is my favourite part of the holiday as well as the fishing which is fantastic.
Can't wait to return!

Love the 40 foot dock sitting by the campfire or sitting on the large deck overlooking the water. Totally awesome this is our fifth or sixth time staying there and we're going again in August can't wait.

| Bay Breeze is a lovely cottage on Hay Bay. The view of the water from living room and the deck is spectacular. The cottage is fully equipped and has a window AC which is handy on those really hot days. 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely new LG TV for a rainy afternoon. Your hosts Kim and Rick are wonderful and easily a text message away for any concerns or questions. We have rented for 2021 and 2022 and will be back in 2023. Highly recommended!!!

| Thank you to Kim aand Rick for letting us rent your cottage. This is our second year renting and we love it. Everything we need is there and the bed are very comfy. We bring pur boot as the fishing, tubing and swimming are the best. There are many games for the family to play outside and inside. We will for sure book next year!

| What an awesome trip, our primary reason for the trip was a family fishing trip and we were sure treated with some nice extras here. The Boat lift was amazing. not having to tie up the boat all the time is a huge plus. Not to mention they have a brand new 40FT dock with a swim ladder. There is power at the dock for charging the boat.
An outside fish cleaning station with water hose sure come in handy as well.
For the kids there is horseshoes, ladder toss and bean bag toss. And multiple games inside. The Local Cellular LTE is plenty fast for streaming netflix etc.
The view from the front fire pit is stunning, all level ground that is all grass.
The cottage is fully stocked with everything you would need. WE were there a week and did not need a thing. Even the firewood was ready to go.
