Beautiful, modern beach house with ideal location. House is located on Harbour Park Court, tucked away from the busyness of Main St Grand Bend although still accessible by walking. South beach is a 3 min walk and ideal for families; enjoy the sandy beach & stunning sunsets. Restaurants, marina, shopping, groceries all within a short walk. Gorgeous, modern & bright interior with lots of space. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. 2 master bedrooms; 1 on main level and 1 upstairs, each with own ensuite bathroom. Other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. 2nd Family Room in Walk-out basement. Lots of baby & toddler items, fireplace, A/ C, Smart TVs (watch Netflix, Prime, SportsNet, etc)
After the beach, relax in the screened porch or back deck where you can hear the waves crashing on a windy day. BBQ and Fire Pit. Spend the evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars or roasting marshmallows.

| After many years of discussing, 6 girlfriends finally took the time for a cottage girls weekend. We chose Laurie's cottage in Grand Bend and it did not disappoint. The cottage was immaculate and Laurie was friendly and accommodating. The cottage was luxurious and comfortable. All amenities were fantastic. We won't hesitate to book again!

| What a superb home!
The owners have thought of everything and anything you could ever need to make you feel at home.
This house is spotless, inviting and luxurious. We all slept great in the comfortable beds. Wonderful location...so close to a nice sandy beach with the spectacular sunsets that Lake Huron is famous for.
We used the wagon and beach chairs almost daily. Hot tub was great to use at any time of the day or night. Great hammock for lazing and dozing off.
There was so much space to spread out in this spacious and well laid-out home. The sunroom was wonderful for evening games or to stretch out and read a book or catch the breeze and listen to the waves crashing a few blocks away.
The 'kids zone' basement with air hockey and a 'smart tv' was a lovely second living space that conveniently walked out to the back yard and hot tub, and then the campfire with muskoka chairs was just a few steps away.
It was really nice to have such spacious bedrooms (two conveniently had ensuites) with great furniture and decor that gave off a high-end coastal vibe. The artwork throughout the home was beautiful!
We feel so fortunate that we booked the last available week this summer and that we got to enjoy our week away in such an amazing home.
Looking forward to booking a ladies weekend for my next visit!

| We absolutely loved this cottage and are already making plans to return next year. Our group consisted of two families with a total of 4 adults and 3 small kids. The owner, Laurie, was wonderful to deal with from the time of booking right through our stay, was very responsive to our questions and provided a wealth of information which was very useful.
A few of the many things that stood out for us:
- Perfect location. We loved the quieter less busy South Beach, but also liked that the strip was within walking distance (even with 3 small kids). Tip: there is a quaint coffee shop backing on to the water called Cottage Cafe about a 5 minute walk from the cottage that we really enjoyed. Great coffee and baked goods that can be enjoyed while watching boats go by.
- The cottage was in immaculate condition, the layout was open and welcoming with lots of areas to spend time in, and the furniture and decor put the finishing touch on it all. We could tell the owners spent a lot of time planning out the layout and design.
- The kids loved all the toys, books and the open basement to play in. We brought lots of our own toys, but we could have easily done without them.
Thank you Laurie for a wonderful stay! We will be back.

| My husband and I really lucked out on our first time renting a cottage! This cottage is spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. The location could not have been better for us on the quiet cul-de-sac, just a 3 minute, tree shaded walk to the south beach. Our son and his wife used the wagon provided and explored both north and south beaches with their 2 boys.
We made use of all the amenities: "Smores" by the fire, enjoyed the hot tub, sat on the front porch with coffee, enjoyed drinks in the back screened room, and our daughter-in-law even managed to work 1 of the 2 weeks there because of wifi.
Our "early bird" son exercised in the spacious basement while the others slept undisturbed.....including me in the King bed on the main floor.
I agree with all the previous reviews. We will be back.

| We were very fortunate to find this gem of a cottage! It is spacious and accommodated our family wonderfully! The owners have provided so many extras to make the stay enjoyable. Beach chairs, sand toys, etc. all were well used and appreciated. Location is fabulous with a quick and easy walk to the beach where the shallow sandy bottomed water is just great for kids and adults too!! The layout of the cottage provides so many spaces to spread out along with the extensive tiered decking and the well treed lot that felt so very private and woodsy! Impeccably clean and stocked with all you need for a GREAT vacation! By far better than other cottages we have rented and we truly hope to have the opportunity to come back someday! This cottage should set the standard for rentals! Good job owners!
