Just over two Hours from Toronto, the spacious, four bedroom 1600 square foot cottage sleeps up to eight guests and is perfect for one or two families. Imagine spending time with friends and family in a very spacious open concept main floor while soaking in sun filled views of the lake all day long. Spend summer days swimming or paddling on the family friendly, shallow, sandy waterfront. Swim out raft during warm water months. Explore Bay Lake's shoreline by canoe or kayak. Relax on the deck with plenty of seating for everyone or for rainy days the variety of Blueray DVDs, games or books. With plenty of seating capacity inside and out, both adults and children can eat, play and relax together independently. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with 1 bunkbed/ twin, and one queen bed with a 3 piece bathroom. The lower floor has a family room with two adjoining bedrooms with each a queen-size bed plus one pull out couch in the family room on the lower level. The lower level also features a second 3-piece bathroom and a bar fridge for convenience.
The cozy fully equipped kitchen invites to cook delicious meals for friends and family to enjoy at a custom-built barn board table and breathtaking lake views. The kitchen includes all appliances; top stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. (BBQ is on main outdoor deck).
Start the mornings with a coffee cup in hand down on the dock and be treated by the haunting call of the loons. With 75 ft of waterfront and a fabulous shallow hard-packed sand beach, this natural water playground beckons both young and old alike.
Finally the night-time brings memorable songs and stories around the fire pit, ending the day just perfect by sitting on the deck or dock while reminiscing about a great day at Bay Lake. Roasting marshmallows around the fire-pit will create lots of memories with family and friends.

**Vacationer supplies their own linens, blankets or sleeping bags and pillow. Bring Garbage/Recycling with you.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns
Covid19: A cancellation with refund will be possible for any measures taken by the government that disallows Short Term Rentals during your reservation dates. Proof that STR ban during reservation dates will be required.
Pets: (allowed with written permission in advance on full week rentals only) Depending on dog size and breed. Check with owner, we are flexible but strict max 2 dogs per stay max. Leashed. No cats. No dogs are allowed lower carpeted level.
**Dock, canoes an kayaks are winterized and NOT supplied from October once dock removed UNTIL May long weekend. Fire pit Muskoka chairs, patio table winterized/removed mid October until May long weekend. (crack in cold weather) Mid Oct to May long weekend always ask what items are still in winter storage.

| A wonderful getaway from it all! This cottage has it all. The dock is in excellent condition on a beautiful peaceful lake. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning on the lower level is a great option in warmer weather. Two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms are extremely convenient. The cottage itself has a great rustic yet up-to-date atmosphere. 10 minute drive from a great grocery store with everything you could need. The Starlink internet is a huge benefit when on a lake so far north on a rainy day. Made great use of the canoe and kayaks multiple times. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation!

| My husband and I rented Ian's cottage along with my daughter, son in law and their 2 year old for the first week of February. The cottage was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. We had a great week doing winter activities such hiking, snowshoeing, skating and snowboarding, either at the cottage or just short drive away. When we were packing up, we were already planning our next trip back!

| We had a wonderful 4 night stay over Thanksgiving and the fall colours were gorgeous! What a great place for a family holiday. The cottage was very clean with everything we needed. The large dining table fit our family perfectly. My kids and grandkids enjoyed getting out on the water in the kayaks and canoe. My grandsons had a lot of fun playing in the shallow water & sand beach as well as fishing from the dock. Ian was the perfect host, being very informative and made our transaction go very smoothly. If you are considering booking this cottage, you can do so with confidence.

| Our family has rented many different cottages over the years, but this is the only cottage we have returned to as repeat renters!
We rented for one week in both summer 2020 and summer 2021. It was a pleasure renting from Ian as he was incredibly friendly, helpful and available to answer any questions we had along the way.
Our family of 4 included our 2 children, ages 5 and 9 and we thoroughly enjoyed both getaways to this cottage. Amazing fishing, lovely dock, plenty of outdoor seating, cozy firepit area, quiet lake, shallow entry water which was great for our young swimmers and a perfect sandy shore for building sandcastles. The cottage has everything you need and grocery stores are a 20 min drive away.
This cottage came with 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboard all of which were in great condition and we enjoyed daily.
Highly recommend this beautiful cottage!!
