Spread out over 1.6 acres on Petit Lac Cayamant, Lakeview is situated on a spectacular point offering 180 degree views and a PRIVATE waterfront. Located on the property is a stunning Farmhouse Trailer and a Cozy Canadian Cabin for you and your family to enjoy.
Farmhouse Trailer - Sleeps 4 with a single, queen and daybed. Situated right on the point, the Farmhouse Trailer offers panoramic views of the lake with a cozy eating nook and propane cooktop.
Canadian Cabin - Sleeps up to 7 with two double bedrooms, a pull out couch and daybed located in the screened-in porch. A newly installed propane fireplace allows you to stay toasty warm on cool autumn nights. There is also a private deck off the back that offers grand views of the bay.
The property is run fully on solar and propane power, offering you a chance to lower your carbon footprint! There are two outdoor dining decks, large firepit, private dock, outdoor shower, floating mat, canoe and pedal boat for
you to enjoy. There is one flushing toilet located in the trailer and a brand new outhouse located at the cabin.
The private swimming dock offers water that gradually drops off, making it ideal for swimming. A new feature is the dock in the bay that provides a dedicated launch point for canoes and kayaks as well as the backdrop for dramatic stories about 'the one that got away'. The lake offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a tranquil stay with lots of wildlife.
This property allows guests the opportunity to unplug from the world, as there is no Wi-Fi, but offers a good cellphone connection should you require it.
Water is lake drawn, so it is recommended to bring your own water. Hosts will provide one 5 gallon water jug per unit for your stay.
Lakeview is conveniently located less than a 2 hour drive from Ottawa and is in between Danford Lake and Otter Lake, offering guests the opportunity to venture into town should they require anything.
Check-in during Prime Season is 4PM on Sunday and Check-out is 11AM the following Sunday
