Spacious 2100 sq ft cottage nestled on a large, densely-wooded property. 90 minutes from downtown Toronto. A few minutes' walk to the picturesque Bluewater Beach and Dunes. The perfect place to get away (or work remotely) no matter the time of year! Enjoy beaches, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling and so much more. Sleeps up to 11. Wi-Fi. Wood fireplace. Designed by Toronto designer Cristina Fontoura. PLEASE NOTE: We only accept weekly bookings after April 15th. In July & August, check-in must be on Saturday. Please send an inquiry first if you have any questions. The space Cozy Scandinavian cottage feel with vaulted ceilings and amazing natural light throughout 2100 sq ft of living space. The main, upper level is open concept and boasts a living room with a natural wood fireplace and comfortable chairs and sofas. The living room opens into the dining area, which has a large table that seats 8 comfortably. From the dining area you can walk outside into the screened "Georgian Bay" room, which has its own table with seating for 6. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with quartz countertops, stove/ oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle and all the dishes, cups, glasses and utensils you'll need.
There are three bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms share a hallway bathroom equipped with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub.
Walk downstairs and you'll find a large, comfy family room with a large sofa, a futon sofa and a large coffee table, perfect for those family board games or puzzle building. The family room has a 52" LCD TV, a Playstation 3 for the kids (big or small), and an Apple TV with Bell TV and *lots* of streaming options: Netflix, Crave, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and more.
Also on the lower level is a third bathroom and a fourth bedroom that is home to a single-over-double bunk bed. The fourth bedroom also has a small desk in case you need a quiet space to work remotely.
Outside, besides the screened in deck space, we have a large, wrap-around deck. There is also a charming gazebo and a fire pit. A fire permit is available but please be sure to check with us first as township fire bans are possible (always check at tiny.ca to be sure).
Wi-Fi is available throughout the space, making it great for working from home, though we hope you won't need to!
Easy to get to and very comfortable in all seasons. The cottage is fully winterized with central heating. In the summer months, you can cool off with the central A/C.
Ample parking is available on the property, with space for 4-6 cars. Please do not park off the driveway or parking spaces, however.
Guest access
Make yourself at home, as you'll have exclusive access to the entire living space.
Booking
In accordance with Tiny Township By-Law 22-017, we can only rent weekly (check-in, check-out) between April 15-October 15. In July & August, check-in must be on Saturday. The remainder of the year, we have a 2 night minimum.
Other things to note
For peace of mind, we have installed a high capacity BlueAir air purifier in the main living area, which delivers up to 5 air changes per hour. You'll find the same purifier in many medical and dental offices.
Please note that during the summer high season (June to August) we only rent by the week with check-in and check-out on Saturdays.

| Our family really enjoyed our stay at Roxanne's cabin. We came up from the US to vaction with the brother's family in Toronto, and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The home was chic, cozy, and well appointed. The bedrooms were all stylish and had super comfy matresses. It was nice that the kids had the bunkbed room downstairs by the den doing their own thing while we hung out upstairs. The kitchen was stocked with a ton of amenities, and had everything that we needed to comfortably prepare food for the 8 of us. We skied Blue Mountain two of the days (which was just under an hour away), but then had a couple of days to enjoy the snowy lake. We really appreciated how close we were to the shore and enjoyed bundling up and walking out to the water. Lastly we really appreciated that they were pet-friendly! Overall, 5/5; Family Vacation was a success! We already booked for July! Cannot wait to enjoy this home in the summer.

| What a wonderful winter retreat! A cozy yet spacious cottage with wonderful amenities. Our family had a lovely stay at this well outfitted and conveniently situated spot. A great location that's both easily accessible and features seclusion in nature. Hosts are marvelous, very accommodating and easily reached with any concerns. The cottage was immaculate. It was the perfect getaway.

| What a wonderful getaway! This is a great place to just get away and dip your feet into relaxation. Everything was exceptionally clean and well put-together. The hosts were very kind and very responsive. We are already planning a trip back in the summer.

| Wow, just what I needed during a long winter. A relaxing escape to a beautiful cottage. My family and I packed our snow boots and our fuzzy slippers and greatly enjoyed spending a few days working remotely from here. The hosts are super responsive and understood our needs as working parents with kids in remote school. There was enough space for everyone to kick back and enjoy a change of scenery.
