Welcome to our Lake Rosseau 1.2-acre waterfront retreat on 320 feet of west-facing frontage right on 1 of only 2 waterfalls on the big 3 lakes. We are located 1 km walk to Windermere Golf and Country Club (with live music on Friday and Saturday nights in high season) and the town of Windermere. We are situated in a private bay on Lake Rosseau, just 15 minutes to Port Carling 30 minutes to Rosseau, Bracebridge and Huntsville. We only rent for 1 week at a time during our high season but will rent for weekends during our off-season. Secluded, 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom retreat, fully equipped. Cathedral ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, wrap-around decks, beautiful kitchen, boat house, guest house, canoe, paddle boat, fishing boat with 9.9 Yamaha motor, all the amenities. This cottage has a stunning south view looking down to the main part of Lake Rosseau. Our secluded cottage is extremely private. You are the last cottage on the private road surrounded by forest and a stunning 40 foot waterfall. The cottage is west facing with a large dock, boat house, diving board and swim raft. There is also a 6 person wood burning sauna. If privacy is what you want then this is the cottage for you. Facilities - General Main Cottage: Kitchen fully equipped , Great Room, 2 King bedrooms, a loft with a queen and 3 piece ensuite washroom, 3 full washrooms, A/ C.
The lower level has 1 large queen bedroom and a 2nd large bedroom with 3 bunk beds and 4-piece washroom. Lower level has a ping pong table, foosball table, large entertainment centre with TV, stereo couches etc.
Guest House: I King Bedroom and 1 room with a bunk bed (queen below and single on top) and a single bed. Great room with cathedral ceilings and large sundeck. A/C

| What a wonderful place for a family vacation. The cottage is beautiful with a fabulous and spacious layout. Access to the guest house was key for our large family. The sound of the falls when outdoors is serene and the views are unreal. Multiple seating areas on the dock made for an ideal place to spend sunny days. We had a lovely week of rest and relaxation. Morley & Pat were exceptional to work with from beginning to end of the rental process.

| Very Nice location, our campfire was right beside the falls, the dock is right at the bottom of the falls where we caught walleye and bass. Port Carling is about 15 min. boat ride w/150hp, lots of free boat parking and shop. The lakes go on forever with the lock's and swing bridge. Morley and Pat were accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
