Private cottage located with the popular "Chalets de l'Aboiteau" in Cap-Pelé, NB.
Access to the beautiful and large Aboiteau beach "Pavillon Bleu Flag" via a boardwalk located behind the cottage. Regrettably, the boardwalk is presently inaccessible as a consequence of the Fiona storm. Deliberations regarding reconstruction efforts are underway, with plans being formulated for the upcoming 2024 season. The beach is equipped with a cantine and showers. Cap-Pelé is located about 10 minutes from Shediac.
This is a 2-story cottage with mezzanine.
All is included with the cottage new air condition unit Daikin, leather couch and chairs, newly renovated kitchen, flat screen tv 55inch with cable, high speed internet, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, bed linens and towels.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to reserve the cottage.
RENTAL COST:
Minimum of 7 nights required (reservations are made from Friday to Friday)
Mid-season (June 7th, 2024 to June 28th, 2024)
$1400 per week tax included
High season (June June 28th, 2024 to August 30th, 2024)
$2000 per week tax included
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The total amount of the deposit less 10% of the deposit will be reimbursed if cancellation is done at least 30 days prior to the date of reservation.
If cancellation is done within 30 days to the date of reservation, we will do our best to rent the cottage to another tenant. If successful, the amount of the deposit less 10% of the deposit will still be reimbursed.
Nevertheless, if cancellation is done within 30 days to the date of the reservation and the attempt to re-rent the cottage is unsuccessful, the amount of the deposit will not be reimbursed.
There will be no refunds on early check-outs.
