The kitchen comes equipped with a 5 burner gas stove, dual oven service and ample storage space for your groceries. There is a coffee station equipped with a Keurig machine and kettle. A number of small appliances are also available including a microwave, toaster, conventional oven, blender. The kitchen is fully equipped with two kitchen islands that double as a breakfast bar to seat an extra 11 guests while the beautiful dining table seats up to ten people. Down the hall from the kitchen, you'll find a half-bath and a laundry area with a private washer and dryer.

There are six bedrooms on the top levels of the home with 2 additional rooms in the basement. Enjoy fantastic views, from the balconies of each bedroom which highlight gorgeous unobstructed views all around.

The first bedroom is furnished with a King bed, a SmartTV, open-flame fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lake Erie. The room also includes an ensuite with shower and built in vanity as well as a large dressing area and walk-in closet.

The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two double beds, a SmartTV in each room and spacious closets. They share a long balcony with ample space as well as a 4-piece bathroom with a built-in vanity.

The fourth bedroom sports a large King bed with a SmartTV and has a private balcony as well as a fireplace and large walk-in closet. The room has a full vanity as well as 4-piece ensuite. Guests will appreciate the extensive views from the and can spend hours on lounging on the comfortable balcony furniture.

The fifth bedroom has a large King bed, SmartTV, seating area with couch, coffee table and a gorgeous fireplace. The room is equipped with a 3-piece ensuite, spacious closet and a full 3-piece vanity. The room has an amazing balcony with full panoramic views of Lake Erie.

The sixth bedroom has a queen bed, SmartTV, spacious walk-in closet and a gorgeous balcony overlooking Lake Erie. In addition, this room has an interior balcony that overlooks the Grand room with a cozy seating area.
The seventh and eighth bedrooms are located in the basement the living area has a SmartTV, couches and the rooms include 2 queen beds, a double bed and a day bed as well as a full 4-piece washroom.

The upper floor also includes a main washroom with a luxurious shower system including 4 turbo jets and a 2-person jacuzzi tub.

Outside, our lakefront property has its own private beach, giving you ample privacy. You will have access to our privately owned canoes, kayaks and bicycles! There is ample seating area with 2 main patios equipped with tables, chairs, loungers and more. You can also make a bonfire at the firepit, cook on the propane powered BBQs or have cocktails by the water.

Located on the Official Ontario Wine Trail, Essex is home to 16 wineries all with their own unique atmosphere. Leamington is home to Point Pelee National Park, an excellent day trip getaway to experience the southern most point in Canada. We are located within 1km of the nearest marina, if you would like to dock a boat or visit a public beach. Serenity Lavendar Farm is a beautiful farm located less than 5 minutes from Essex Lakehouse, excellent for a small day time activity and photo ops. About 30 minutes away is the heart of downtown Windsor home to vibrant nightlife, Caesars Casino and lots of things to do!
