We are thrilled to share our family-owned cottage on Healey Lake, in the heart of Muskoka, right beside Georgian Bay! Nestled in one of the many quiet bays, the Martin Cottage sits south east, close to the shoreline offering a great escape/ experience to cottage life! From the stunning views sitting on the wrap around deck; to the private sanded beach area for young kids to play, to dock jumping into clear clean water to kayaking or paddle boarding along the quiet bay. At night sitting around the campfire not only offers a stunning view of Healey Lake but on clear nights, the stars are endless. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy!
This cottage is BOAT Access ONLY with two marina's offering boat rentals and water taxi services OR... why not bring your own boat?!!!! Healey Lake is a sought-after lake; known for its great fishing, many secluded bays to explore, water skiing/tubing, a truly great family lake to adventure out on, plus spectacular sunsets/rises to enjoy!!!
The Martin Cottage offers 2 sleeping quarters; 1 main cottage and a separate cabin offering lots of space. Great for hosting 2 families or 2-3 couples or have the place to yourself and enjoy all the space it provides!!!
Built back in the late 60's, the Main Cottage has a cozy cabin feel with modern updates throughout. It offers an open concept living space with large windows to always make you feel like you are right on the water, even on those rainy days!
The Main Cottage includes:
- 1 large sleeping room divided into 2 semi private sleeping area that offers 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed with a double mattress on each bed
- fully equipped kitchen
- tv with dvd player and lots of movies to choose from
- washer and dryer
- coffee maker and kettle
- microwave
- board games
The Cabin is a quaint bachelor pad set up. Great for small families or extended family members.
The cabin includes:
- 1 queen bed and a pull out futon couch(double)
- half bathroom
- full size fridge
- cook top
- keurig and kettle
- toaster oven
Outdoor Activities include:
- 2 kayaks
- paddle boat
- paddle board
- sand box with kids toys
- lawn activities (ex. horse shoe pit, bean bag toss)

| We had an amazing time with our family. The swimming is great with a nice sand beach for the kids and deep water off the dock.
Our mornings were breathtaking as we drank coffee just feet from the sparkling water. The cottage has character that makes it even more enjoyable.
Having two separate cottages made it even better with two families.
We didn't need to bring much, as the cottages have all you need and lots of play items to use. Paddle boards and kayaks were great.
We can't wait for our next stay.

| Our family had a wonderful week long holiday at this amazing cottage. We were a multi-generational family and everyone was able to enjoy all the amenities that this wonderful cottage had to offer. The water was clear and so wonderful to swim in. The attraction of the dock was so inviting to our young swimmers! Thank you for such a wonderful gift of your cottage for our family vacation!

| We had a wonderful stay the week of August 28th. Jennifer & Mike had both the cottage and bunkie stocked, clean, and cozy! There were cute touches like reusable tumblers, colouring books, a guest book, throw blankets, cute pillows, tea bags, marshmellow skewers, and many other things. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed the water toys, fire pit, the wrap around deck and 2 docks. The weather was nice for the week we visited. Fishing was amazing!! We caught so many bass and a pike. Swimming was nice (barley any weeds). Great time!
