Little Red is a quaint and charming cottage on Paudash Lake. This two bedroom cottage can accommodate four guests for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Large open concept living/ dining area with full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils, dinnerware, glassware and cookware), cathedral ceiling, a large wooden dining table with chairs, two sofas & entertainment unit with HD TV and HD Satellite TV service. The living/dining room contains a Napoleon gas fireplace. Internet is included with your rental.
Two bedrooms contain new beds that are steam cleaned regularly with mattress covers, bed linens and pillows. A new mud room addition serves for extra storage and a place to hang coats, jackets or shoe storage. There is a large deck overlooking Paudash Lake with a BBQ, propane fed from main tank, and outdoor dining furniture. There is a new wooden staircase that leads to a new large floating dock with a private shoreline. Marine equipment includes two kayaks (4 life jackets included). There is an outdoor fireplace.

Waterfront: Sandy and rocky shoreline with sunset views. Water depth 2' to 4' to end of dock.
Max 4 adults and two children under the age of twelve (sofa bed available).
Marine Equipment: Two kayaks (4 life jackets included).
Great fishing, over 13 miles of boating on a stunning spring fed lake with large & small mouth Bass, Perch, Lake Trout. One 17' canoe and two kayaks included.
Kitchen has everything you could need! DVD movies, Flat screen HD TV with Bell HD PVR Satellite Receiver and HD DVD player.
Hiking - Silent Lake Prov Park 5 km. Paudash Lake Marine (boat rentals available) on the lake. LCBO, grocery, laundry-mat & convenience store nearby. Great restaurants in Bancroft about 10 minutes away.

| Our time at the Little Red Cottage was amazing! It gave us such a home away from home feeling. Paul was quick to respond to our messages and went so far as to make great recommendations for attractions and local restaurants. The cottage was nice and clean, providing guests with everything they needed for a great stay! The internet was the only drawback, you didn't get a great signal and sometimes it didn't work which could be frustrating on rainy days but all in all a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation!

| This is a clean and cozy cottage on a beautiful lake. Bancroft is nearby for essentials and restaurants. A real bonus is the proximity to walking trails at Silent Lake Park.
There are a few things that renters should be aware of: The property is very shallow and it is on a busy highway; traffic noise is significant. People with children and pets will need to be careful because the property does not have a fence or gate. There are some weeds that tickle you when you swim off the dock. The wifi was entirely unreliable during our stay.
All that said?.the cottage is cute and well equipped ; the views and the sunsets are lovely.

We haven't had any feedback that traffic is loud but some folks are a bit more sensitive to road noise than others And that's ok! I'll be picking that weed myself this weekend. | We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. Exceeded our expectations in many ways. Host was very communicative and even gave us complimentary firewood and a nice bottle of wine. The dock, views, and water were lovely. We made great use of the kayaks and believe the owner must have sprayed for mosquitos because we were able to sit out all day and night without any bugs. Definitely made the trip more enjoyable. Cant wait to rent again next year!

| We could not have asked for a better cottage at a better location. The cottage was clean and the kitchen well stocked with just about everything you would need to make some great meals. We caught several fish off the dock, including a good sized largemouth bass. Paul was incredibly responsive to all of my questions (even those I should have known the answer to based on the helpful cottage guide he shared). I would absolutely rent this cottage again in the future, there's really nothing negative I can even think to mention.

| The Little red cottage was a wonderful place to stay for our week vacation. The cottage was very nicely decorated and had every feature of home that you could ask for. Great view of the water right off the deck while enjoying morning coffee and breakfast. The fact that you are almost right on the dock only steps away from the cottage was extremely accessible. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.
