Looking for a 5-star nature getaway with friends and family? Come hide out in this modern chalet with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking lakeview, brand-new 6-person hot tub, spacious open floorplan with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only 1 hr from Ottawa, 40 mins from Gatineau Park, ski resorts (Ski Vorlage/ Edelweiss) and Wakefield.
Located directly on Lac Sinclair, this four-season chalet (built in 2021) offers four seasons view and activities for families to enjoy year 'round.
Fall - Come in the fall and enjoy the lakeview with beautiful fall colors and crisp air from newly installed hot tub to reconnect to nature. Gatineau Park Fall Rhapsody is worth a day trip for a scenic hike with epic views of the colorful foliage. To wind down, you can just take a walk around the cottage surround by beautiful maple trees or simply read a book facing the lake on the couch.
Winter - Cottage is on a private lot, but municipal road is easily accessible in winter time and driveway is cleared by contractor. During the winter months, walking, skating, snowshoeing, snow tubing, and ice fishing on the lake (when well frozen) are just steps away. Skiing and dogsledding are perfect winter outdoor activities nearby (30 mins away). After a hard day at play, soak in the heated Jacuzzi for soothing sore muscles and then watch a good Netflix show with a glass of wine feeling warm and relaxed.
Summer - In the summer time, soak in the sun and paddle out on the water in complimentary kayaks/paddle board from the private dock. Lac Sinclair is also great for fishing (fishing kayak provided). Please note that the bottom of the lakeshore is muddy, more suitable for water sports (i.e. kayaking and supping). You can always take kayaks or paddle board provided to swim in the part of the lake where water is deep with sandy bottom (5 mins away from the dock). In the evening, family and friends get together around the camp fire, cook up a feast on the fancy BBQ, catch the stunning lake sunsets, and soak hours away in the hot tub. Plenty of summer activities are not far from the cottage: Wakefield with nice restaurants is 30 mins away; Pontiac golf is 15 mins away; Camp Breton Beach - Lac Philippe in Gatineau Park, Eco-Odyssee Nature Park, Golf Edelweiss, bungee jumping, and aerial park/ziplining are 40 mins away; Downtown Ottawa/Gatineau (with several nice museums, restaurants, casino, and ByWard Market) are 1 hr away.
In addition to vacation, this peaceful lakefront cottage also offers an ideal working environment. Choose from spaces to work inside or outside, including from the dedicated workplace in living room or table on the patio with amazing lake view. Thanks to high-speed Starlink wifi, there is no trouble connecting to the internet in paradise. Office chair, computer monitor, and printer can also be provided upon request. When you are ready for a break, relax in the hot tub or head off on a hike in the woods.

| We rented this cottage for 3 nights this past weekend for a family getaway with our adult children. What a beautiful spot, and so quiet! Tracy was so easy to deal with and was very quick at answering any questions. The cottage was very comfortable despite the minus 33 temperatures, and the hot tub and fireplace was a big hit. The kitchen and cottage is very well equipped and have spacious spaces to hang out as a group. We had fun playing board games and just enjoying some quality time together on the coldest day of the winter. Temperatures were much milder Sunday so were able to head out and play. Fantastic memories for all. Thank you for the loan of this cottage. We would love to come back and experience this in warmer weather too to be able to enjoy the lake.

| We rented Tracy's cottage for three nights in January 2023 and it was a magical weekend. So much beautiful snow!
We went with two grandkids, their mom and dad, two dogs and of course us the grandparents. We had lots of fun and adventure - we actually hated to see it end.
Tracy is a wonderful hostess and was quick to answer any of our questions.
The cottage is spacious, wonderfully laid out and very functional.
Our granddaughter and grandson had these words to say. They loved the cottage, found it very cute, loved the hanging chair, and their room was really nice. They also loved the hot tub and the snow shoes, both got lots of use and were a big hit.
Their mom and dad said that after a hard week's work it was wonderful to soak in the hot tub and to sing karaoke after. They found the cottage spacious and loved the views. It was great walking with the dogs.
Words that were said quite often were ?you snooze you lose?. That was in reference to the hanging chair, it was quite a hit!
We all learned a new game this weekend ?CATAN?, what a fabulous game.
The last supper at the cottage had us talking about the picture over the centre of the cottage looking at the lake. The picture seemed to be pictures in the picture. Was it a bowl, a reindeer, a lady, a horse, a dog, a man on a bowl, a horse face, the conversation went on and on. It was so much fun.

| Amazing cottage, all needed amenities were available and contact was very helpful and patient with us to help us plan our weekend at the cottage. Perfect for a girls' weekend! We made a beautiful camp fire, used the smart tv, played board games, used the 2 kayaks around the lake and so much more. Would definitely recommend.

| I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cottage.
Tracy was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries from start to finish and I even received my deposit back earlier than agreed upon!
Here is what I enjoyed the most:
Peaceful, calm and private setting.
Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals.
High quality Napoleon BBQ.
Comfortable and stylish furniture to relax indoors while still enjoying the water view.
Fast and reliable internet to work or stream my favourite movie.
I could keep going on-and-on but the best thing I can say is; I will definitely be booking again soon!
