This welcoming waterfront cottage sits on a double lot with a private beach on Lake Erie and access to a canal. It is just minutes away from Point Pelee National Park, Hillman Marsh Conservation Area and the Waterfront Trail (great for biking) and downtown Leamington. If golf is your game, Erie Shores Golf and Country Club is close by. This is a birder's paradise. The area boasts nearly 400 different species of birds. Point Pelee hosts the Festival of Birds in May. If you enjoy fishing, you can cast off into the canal or Lake Erie, or you can book a fishing charter on Lake Erie from the Wheatley Harbour which is less than 15 minutes away. Relax on the back deck or hang out around the fire pit. They are comfortable spots for stargazing, drinks with friends or listening to the ambient sounds of the waves and birds. It?s only steps down to the beach for a refreshing dip or to take your kayaks out for an adventure. This four-bedroom cottage sleeps up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully-equipped and opens to a comfortable living area with large windows with great views of Lake Erie. Wifi is available if you need to get work done or to check out activities in the area. There are also yard games available such as bean bag toss and croquet. Rainy day? No problem!
