Amazing natural environment nearby. Many services including grocery, banks, convenience stores and restaurants are available in Gracefield which is only a 10 minutes drive away.

The cottage is south facing towards the lake and offers approximately 1600 square feet of living area, 35' wrap around deck with view of the lake on a 1 acre very private lot with approximate 140 feet of waterfront and a very large dock and sandy beach.

The cottage has 3 levels and layout offers 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, sunroom/dining, kitchen and open concept entertainment room on the main level and 2 bedrooms, 0.5 bathroom and loft area on the upper level and a finished basement with family room and an extra small full bathroom. The cottage has high end hardwood flooring throughout, SS appliances, full laundry, 8 persons hot tub, 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards (SUP).

The property also includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, linens, towels, a living room with 1 large sofa, TV, and wood stove. Family Room in the basement has very large corner sofa, large TV, DVD player (with a few movies for children and PG-13), PS3 gaming console (with many games), karaoke machine, lots of board and card games. Available for use we also have a large 60 BTU propane BBQ.
