We are excited to share with you our Lakefront Water Access (a boat is required) Family Friendly Cottage in the heart of Muskoka, now taking bookings for 2024.
Located in a quite, serene bay on Healey Lake, MacTier, known for its beautiful views, calm water, quiet fun and lots of great fishing!
The cottage is boat access only - you cannot drive to the cottage, with two marinas nearby, assuring the best variety of boat rentals and a water taxi to get you to and from where ever you want to go on the lake. The lake offers many secluded bays to explore, fish and enjoy water sports. There are tennis courts within walking distance from the marina or enjoy your passion for the game of golf on one of the many nearby golf courses. Relax at the end of your day sitting by the fire watching the starry night sky.

Main cottage sleeps 7, 3 bedrooms with one overlooking the water. An additional Bunkie located steps from the main cottage sleeps 2. Bunkie provides a separate space for children or in-laws. It is furnished inside to co-ordinate with the main cottage interior. There is one full bathroom. The cottage has a large deck with dining table, large umbrella, BBQ, and beautiful views of the lake. Lakeside fire pit for evening enjoyment. Cottage is fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped, with all the amenities including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher and air conditioning for the bedrooms.
Use of kayaks (4), and stand-up paddle boards (2) included, swimming pad and octagons dock a short swim away.
Conveniently positioned on flat land, providing easy access along with a 2.5 km trial for your pleasure. You will love the beautiful sunrises from the front bay and stunning sunsets on the back bay!

No linens provided, please bring your own. Two queen size beds (primary room and bunkie), one double bed and a bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top and a single mattress to rest on the floor.
Propane burning fireplace, large gourmet BBQ. Wifi, 50-inch smart TV (sign into your Netflix etc.), lots of board games and DVD's.
