Idyllic lakefront four season home in Prince Edward County. This newly updated home comes with 170 feet of lakefront access. Enjoy our brand new PANORAMIC VIEW SAUNA, SALTWATER HOT TUB, kayaks and stand up paddle board. This relaxing getaway is located on the Bay of Quinte, just 2 hours east of Toronto. A 30 min drive to Sandbanks Beach, 20 mins to Picton. Close to many wineries and breweries. The perfect home for groups, couples, and families looking for postcard views and spa amenities. The space: The County Casa is a spacious, three bedroom bungalow with a 500sq foot natural wood sunroom surrounded by large windows and vaulted high ceilings. The home has a newly renovated main bathroom and laundry room, large kitchen with island, butcher block countertops and stainless steel appliances throughout. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds, and the third has two twins. Two separate indoor dining areas. Two living rooms with cozy couches, one with wood burning fireplace. 50? wall mounted Fire TV is located in sunroom. ***New for Fall 2024. Guests can now enjoy a spa experience 356 days a year with our brand new panoramic view barrel sauna, and 6 person hot tub!*** ***Please note that some amenities are only available seasonally. Outdoor shower, kayaks, paddle board, outdoor games, outdoor sectional, sun loungers and propane fire table will be UNAVAILABLE between November and mid April (weather permitting) Dock is also raised out of water*** Take in the spectacular sunsets over the lake from our large resort style patio, while sipping wine from one of over 30 wineries in the area. Outdoor dining table seats 8 and faces the waterfront. There's room for the whole family to cozy up on the large patio furniture, and two fire pits to keep everyone cozy into the evening. Two other separate smaller patios for multiple guests to have their own space. Large spacious grassy backyard creates the perfect spot for badminton/volleyball, corn hole and various other outdoor games. BBQ area is fully covered and propane is provided. Be advised the property is not fenced.
Water is excellent for swimming. Diving is not permitted. Beach area is rocky so water shoes are recommended. Access to beach/dock by steps. Space to dock a boat. Rental includes the use of two kayaks and one standup paddle board (weather permitting) Please use at own risk. Life jackets are included and are highly recommended to be used during water sports. Please also be advised that shoreline is NOT fenced and does have a steep drop off. Children must be supervised at all times and any pets must remain leashed while outside. All pets will incur an additional fee and MUST be mentioned and included in reservation.

| We frequently stay in Ontario cottages, to be with our Toronto family. Countycasa is the first place to be so abundantly supplied. Condiments, coffee, tea, paper products, etc.
It is beautifully appointed, with a sunroom you won't want to leave. It's on a quiet road, has lots of space for children to play, as well as "toys" for water sports.
Josh was easily contacted, and very helpful.
But the best feature? Sunsets to amaze. We used up a lot of memory on our phones, taking photos every night! You can watch the sunsets from the Muskoka chairs by the firepit, the couches by the fire table, the hammock or the hot tub! Get back from the wineries in time for this show!

| We had a great stay. All amenities are exactly as described in the description of this cottage. Lots of details in the cottage as well as extras provided. Having the kayaks, paddle board, indoor games and volleyball net were all a huge advantage. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you. The hosts were very responsive, and easy to communicate with. Lots of things to do in the area as well.

| We had a great stay! The house is perfectly situated and had fantastic views over the water. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked. Josh and Amanda were very friendly, responsive hosts. We loved being so close to wineries and we plan to return this summer!
