This spacious 3-bedroom bungalow features a 500 sq ft natural wood sunroom with vaulted ceilings and walls of windows, creating a bright and relaxing retreat. Newly renovated main bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity. Laundry on site. Two cozy living rooms (one with a wood-burning fireplace), two indoor dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops make this the perfect home for families, couples, and groups. Enjoy a year round private spa experience at home with our panoramic view cedar barrel sauna, salt water hot-tub, and outdoor shower! Our home is conveniently located between Picton and Wellington near the many wineries and breweries of Prince Edward County.

**Due to Prince Edward County bylaw, max occupancy is 6 people. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for additional guests. The entrances are monitored by camera and if this is not respected, your reservation will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.**

| We had such a wonderful stay! The house and property were exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was the first time in Picton for some of us, and this was the perfect place to enjoy the area. The home is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the property itself is peaceful and inviting.
The location was great for exploring Prince Edward County, but honestly, we also loved just staying in and enjoying the home. Everything was clean, well set up, and made for a truly comfortable experience.
We would absolutely recommend this property and definitely plan to be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

| Amazing location, amazing view on the terrasse and from the main bedroom. Relax, cozy and quiet, a perfect getaway! The fireplace is the perfect touch for a true luxury cottage vibe.
Hosts are responsive and even left us wine and welcome snacks.

| We frequently stay in Ontario cottages, to be with our Toronto family. Countycasa is the first place to be so abundantly supplied. Condiments, coffee, tea, paper products, etc.
It is beautifully appointed, with a sunroom you won't want to leave. It's on a quiet road, has lots of space for children to play, as well as "toys" for water sports.
Josh was easily contacted, and very helpful.
But the best feature Sunsets to amaze. We used up a lot of memory on our phones, taking photos every night! You can watch the sunsets from the Muskoka chairs by the firepit, the couches by the fire table, the hammock or the hot tub! Get back from the wineries in time for this show!

| We had a great stay. All amenities are exactly as described in the description of this cottage. Lots of details in the cottage as well as extras provided. Having the kayaks, paddle board, indoor games and volleyball net were all a huge advantage. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you. The hosts were very responsive, and easy to communicate with. Lots of things to do in the area as well.
