This four season destination has something for everyone including pristine tennis courts, an 18 hole golf course, and a great beach at Lac Fournier - all within a short walk. Or simply unplug and relax among the trees in a hammock and listen to the birds. Limitless options to choose from at this very peaceful location.
The main living space features a wall of windows overlooking a beautiful forest with access to a raised deck - great for star gazing and watching the groomers on the hill. Here you will also find a cozy fireplace for chilly nights and a dining area that seats 6-8 comfortably. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal and is anchored by an island for friends and family to gather around. Dishwasher and BBQ included.
The bedroom wing has three bedroom (King/
Queen/Twin Bunk Beds), two bathrooms and laundry. Also on the main floor is a mudroom and screen porch that's great for summer nights to take advantage of the lovely breeze that sweeps across the hilltop.
The walk-out basement was professionally finished in 2023 with in-floor heating and offers extra family space or overflow sleeping for guests (twin bed & double futon).
Outside there's a fire-pit with seating for six, a flat area for games, and a beautiful ravine to explore.

Mont-Sainte-Marie has the highest vertical in Eastern Quebec aside from Tremblant. It is a family run mountain with a great local feel. Velo MSM offers some of the best year-round bike trails in Quebec and Ontario for all different levels The hiking is amazing and there are four excellent tennis courts a short walk away. Lac Fournier is a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive) and has a great beach. The lake is clean and perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. Public boat launch on Lac Ste Marie.
