The cottage has 800 feet of shoreline with southern exposure. The large lakeside deck leads to dual dock and scenic view on a secluded wooded private peninsula. This cottage is on 1.7 acres of wooded land. This cottage is on Bass lake 100 feet from lake Joseph with a nice bar and restaurant at the end of the lake open year around located at the end of Bass lake Muskoka. It has waterfront views from almost every room. The large deck and waterfront dock provide ample space for relaxation is totally private lakefront sitting. If you want to rent 3 bedrooms off season you could but for month of July and August you can only rent the whole cottage and pay for a week There is grocery stores within 15 minutes drive. Golfing, museum, and theater near by.
