This brand-new, luxury cottage is located on beautiful Stewart Lake in Muskoka. Only 2 hours from Toronto, our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage is sure to provide family memories that will last a lifetime. Our interior has incredible views of the lake from the kitchen to our loft. Spend your time on the dock enjoying the kayaks & water. In the winter end your day relaxing by the lakeside fire pit, hot tub, or in the cozy screen room seeing the sunset. NOTE: The cottage sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 kids. Our space is designed for family gatherings and small get-togethers with friends. Please note that we don't allow any parties. We want to maintain the relaxing atmosphere at the property. Have a unique inquiry? Send us a message! SUMMER: Weekly bookings are required for summer. Friday to Friday. If there are weeks with less than 7 days, we will allow it. HOSTS 6 Adults, 2 Children PETS: We allow 1 dog under 50 lbs, on a case-by-case basis. Dog must be house trained. No puppies, cats or other animals are allowed. The Space:
The Lakehouse is beautifully decorated with cozy cottage vibes while still providing you with all the luxuries (and then some!) of home. Details include warm pine ceilings, shiplap walls, and impressive vaulted ceilings. The large custom kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook while on your vacation including an induction stove, full-size fridge and bar fridge. Our bedrooms are all furnished with comfortable, high-quality mattresses for incredible restful sleep. If you are lucky enough to claim the master bedroom, you will wake up to a view of the lake right from your bed, and your own private deck! We provide soft bath towels and crisp white bed linens, along with bathroom necessities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. During the cooler months, enjoy relaxing by the stone gas fireplace while taking in the beautiful lake views.

BEDROOMS:
Birch Bay Lakehouse offers 4 bedrooms, with 7 beds in total.
Bedroom 1 - The primary bedroom is a beautiful high ceiling style room that is flooded with natural light and spectacular views of the lake that can be enjoyed from a king size bed. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet as well as a deck overlooking the lake.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with incredible windows and is steps away from the 2nd level loft that overlooks the grand living room.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom is perfect for adults or kids. It offers a double set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on top and a single bunk bed. It is also found on the 2nd level.
Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is located on the lower level and features a King bed. Please note, there is no bathroom on this level.
BATHROOMS:
The cottage has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. They each have plenty of storage and impressive water pressure. The ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom on the main level contains a shower and single sink with ample room for hanging your towels. The second bathroom located on the 2nd level is for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and has a shower/bath and vanity. Our third bathroom is a half bathroom with vanity on the main level for additional space so guests won't have to spend time waiting!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The Lakehouse is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from a Foodland and LCBO. If you are looking to explore further, Port Carling, Bala, and Parry Sound are all within 25 minutes of the Lakehouse.
For those looking for an adventure, the Lakehouse is located just minutes away to ATV and OFSC snowmobile trails, and close to some incredible provincial parks.

| This is our second time at Birch Bay Lakehouse. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the peddle boat, paddle board, and hot tub. The cottage was clean and kitchen easy to navigate. We enjoyed making a few favourite meals and did some baking. We sat out in the screened room and used the fire table and enjoyed some
Reading time. The wifi is great and we also watched some favourite shows. We enjoyed the Bala Cranberry Festival and enjoyed our favourite place to eat - the Smokin Bird. We also took the plunge at the Cranberry bog! We had a great time!

| Beautiful cottage with everything you could want: comfortable seating for everyone in the family room, hot tub, screened-in porch and beautiful views of the water from the every window in the house and of course, on the dock. We had such a relaxing time here and Michelle was a wonderful host!

| This cottage is clean, well laid out and has lovely decor. The kitchen is beautiful and has lots of dishes, appliances, cookware, etc. Appliances are easy to use. The coffee bar was well loved!
The screened room with fire table great to sit in to chat or read. The mattresses and pillows are really comfy. There is plenty of room, seating, comfy couches and chairs.
There are lots of things to do- games, books, puzzles, basement projector for watching movies, ping pong, along with lots of outdoor water activities.
The hot tub is awesome and overlooks the lake and trees. There are lots of towels, and laundry is easy to use. The balcony off the master bedroom was a great place to read and sit privately and sip coffee, or lay in the sun.
Our 11 month old puppy learned to swim in the lake. He had a blast jumping off the dock and sitting on the paddle board with our daughter. My husband kayaked for the first time! I loved how peaceful and restorative our trip was and I can't wait to come back up in the fall.
The cottage is close to Bala and Port Carling, etc..Our favourite restaurants were the smokin bird in Bala and the Bala Falls Pub. We went to the winery in Bala also. We took in an art gallery and did some shopping in Port Carling. Overall this was a great trip and a great cottage to stay at!

| This cottage is outstanding. It is stunning inside and out. Every detail has been considered Io make this an enjoyable and luxurious vacation property. The kitchen is well stocked with ample dishes, glasses and pots. The provision of coffee and extensive spices was a thoughtful extra. The outside BBQ and Blackstone griddle were used daily. Beds and furnishings were super comfy. On a daily basis we used the kayaks and paddle boat, sunbathed on the Maui Pad, enjoyed the hot tub, played with many of the supplied games (corn hole was my favorite) and sipped wine in the screened in porch. Most evenings we had a bonfire and enjoyed the quiet of the Bay. Another extra touch was that firewood was provided which is not typical and much appreciated.
Birch Bay Lakehouse is a great location for exploring. We visited the water ski show in Bala, had lunch in Port Carling and took the kids to Santa's Village. Since the children were under 4, we also took them a few times to the sand beach and park just 5 minutes from town.
The owners are easy to deal with and highly responsive.
Life really does not get better than this cottage where we created many memorable moments with our children and grandchildren! We hope to be back again!

| We had the most incredible stay at Birch Bay Lakehouse in Muskoka! The beautiful view of the lake was simply breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The kids absolutely loved playing on the Maui mat ? it kept them entertained for hours!
The bed was super comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. We also appreciated the soft, cozy blankets scattered all over the cottage ? they added a wonderful touch of warmth and comfort.
We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise. Highly recommend Birch Bay Lakehouse for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable vacation spot!
