Summer Paradise! Beautiful waterfront home situated on the majestic Ottawa River. This perfect year round get away with unparalleled views of the Laurentian Mountains offers great hiking, ATV trails, canoeing/ kayaking, beach fires, swimming, fishing and boating. Enjoy the shallow sand beach with use of a stand up paddle board, kayaks and swimming lily pad. The cottage includes 3 + 1 bedrooms / 2 + 1 baths with an open concept kitchen/living room and views of the landscape throughout. | Our family spent a wonderful Easter weekend at Dan's cottage. If you're searching for a getaway nestled by the lake, look no further than this cottage. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty, making it an ideal haven for families seeking a memorable escape. From the moment you arrive you will be captivated by the views of the water and the coziness of the cottage. With multiple bedrooms this cottage is perfect for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is well equipped and the basement with the pool table, foosball, board games and large television offered hours of entertainment. Dan is a great host, always quick to respond to emails. Overall, this cottage lakefront retreat is a gem for families.

| Our family had a wonderful winter stay at this cottage! The view of the river and the hills beyond is just beautiful. The cottage is well maintained and we were warm and cozy on even the coldest nights. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals and the open concept layout is great for hosting a group. The downstairs rec room with a pool table, foosball table and lots of board games was tons of fun. Our family also enjoyed snowshoeing around the property. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beach!
