| We had a wonderful stay at this perfect cottage, highlighted by a bright, east-facing kitchen and exceptionally comfortable beds. The property offers excellent privacy from neighbours, stunning lake views, and the added peace of mind of a backup gas generator. We spent most of our time on the dock, enjoying the quiet lake—though the 96 steps down are definitely a workout! The final 2 km dirt road was rough due to some water damage, requiring a secondary access route for my son's car, but a bulldozer arrived the next day to grade it. We have been looking for a the perfect cottage for our family and we finally found it! The children had do much fun. It is a keeper, we will return!

| This is our second time renting a cottage from Sean. He is an excellent host. He quickly and clearly answered any questions or concerns that came up before, during and after our stay. Upon our arrival at the cottage, we were impressed by how clean, spacious and peaceful the property felt. There was a lot to see and do both inside and outside of the cottage. Thank you for a fun and relaxing week, and allowing us to make unforgettable memories. We cannot wait to return next year!

| We enjoyed our stay and despite a widespread power outage, the generator kept the house fully functional. The Lake front was beautiful but is a bit of hike getting down the stairs from the house. The house was a perfect gathering space for our family.

| We loved our stay at Sean's cottage! Beautiful property on a quiet lake, surrounded by trees which makes it very nice for fall. 20 min drive from Bon Echo Park for hiking trails. We will be returning guests!
