EXTERIOR
Nestled among the trees, this chalet overlooks the private lake of the same name (Pumpkinseed) teeming with rainbow trout. The Pumpkinseed Chalet is located 23 km from the reception area.
Surrounded by lawns and gentle slopes, this chalet is well-suited for families with young children. The area surrounding the chalet is entirely wild, with beautiful mature trees such as maples, birches, spruces, and pines.
An outdoor "campfire" area allows you to enjoy summer evenings and starry skies on Adirondack chairs. A major plus, the screened porch is ideal for enjoying the outdoors without worrying about insects!
A floating dock provides access to the lake, and 1 canoe, 2 kayaks, and 2 boats with electric motors and oars are included with the chalet. To limit the spread of invasive aquatic plants, personal watercraft (paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, inflatable water toys, etc.) are prohibited.
INTERIOR
The Pumpkinseed Chalet has two bedrooms and a loft, as well as a beautiful wood stove. Note that this chalet lacks electrical outlets for a better connection with nature. The chalet is equipped with solar panels to power the systems.
The log construction creates a beautiful rustic environment. The ground floor includes a living area with a wood stove, a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and the bathroom. The staircase leads to the loft, where two single beds are located.
The kitchen includes all the cooking necessities you may need: dishes, utensils, cookware, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
Internet and Telecommunications:
Due to the remoteness of the site, usual urban communication services like telephone service and internet are limited. However, the chalet is equipped with a cellular phone preamplifier, which, through an antenna system, connects your mobile phone with all major cellular service providers.

Kenauk is located approximately 8 kilometres north of the village of Montebello, Québec, halfway between Ottawa, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec and 1 hour south of Mont Tremblant Quebec.
Kenauk is in close proximity to major international airports, including Ottawa's MacDonald-Cartier Airport (YOW), Montréal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) and Mont-Tremblant International Airport (YTM). All three of these airports are approximately a one hour flight from Toronto's Pearson International Airport (YYZ), which is considered a global gateway in North America.
