| We had an amazing time at Sean's cottage. The property is spacious, spotless, and exactly as pictured, with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate large groups and families. The cottage has everything you need for a memorable stay—comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, games, ping pong, an arcade machine, kayaks, a big deck, BBQ, firepit, and reliable wifi. It offers a perfect balance of relaxation and fun for all ages.
The lake is crystal clear and great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing, with beautiful sunrises and peaceful surroundings. While the stairs down to the dock may be challenging for very young children or older guests, the waterfront itself is private, quiet, and absolutely stunning once you get there. The road leading in is a bit tricky, but that's part of the cottage experience and not something the host controls. For large groups, you may want to bring extra plates, as the kitchen setup fits smaller numbers best.
The location is ideal—close to Bon Echo Park (about 20 minutes), great for hiking, beaches, and paddling, and still only a short drive to groceries and essentials.
Above all, Sean is a fantastic host: highly responsive, accommodating, and always quick to answer questions. He made the booking process and stay smooth and stress-free.
This cottage is perfect for anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and well-maintained place with a breathtaking lakefront view. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again.

| We had an amazing time at Sean's cottage. The place was exactly as pictured, very clean, spacious, and well kept. There was more than enough room for our group and it had everything we needed—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, big living spaces, plus extras like ping pong, arcade games, kayaks, a large deck, BBQ, firepit, and good wifi.
The lake was the highlight. Crystal clear water, perfect for swimming and kayaking, with quiet surroundings and beautiful sunrises. The dock was a great spot to relax and spend time. The stairs down to the lake are a bit of a climb, especially for older guests or very young kids, but once you're down there it's worth it. The road in can be tricky, but that's just part of the cottage setting. For larger groups it helps to bring some extra plates since the kitchen is set up more for smaller numbers.
The location is peaceful and private but still close to essentials, and only about twenty minutes from Bon Echo Park for hiking, beaches, and exploring.
Sean was a fantastic host—very quick to reply and easy to deal with. He made everything simple from booking through to check-out.
It's a great spot for families or groups looking for a clean, spacious cottage with a stunning lakefront. We'd definitely come back.

| We recently stayed at this cottage with a group of 12, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The owner, Sean, was excellent to work with—he communicated promptly through email and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly.
The cottage itself was spotless upon arrival and very spacious, easily accommodating our large group. The lake is absolutely stunning—the water is crystal clear, perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed watching beautiful sunrises each morning.
A few things to note: there are quite a lot of steps to get down to the dock, which could be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. Also, the road leading to the cottage is tricky to navigate, but that's certainly not the owner's fault. Lastly, the kitchen didn't have enough plates for more than eight people, so for larger groups, you may want to bring along some paper plates.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a clean, spacious place with a breathtaking lakefront view.

| Sean's place is exceptional. We throughly enjoyed our stay, especially the time on the beautiful dock! The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. Looked exactly like the pictures. Sean, was also highly responsive and helped us with any questions we had. 10/10 would stay again!!
