You will really enjoy a rare sandy beach area perfect for children The dock is large 24 ft. x 30 ft. with deep water off the end of the attached floating dock. Located on the dock is a screened-in cabana with a lot of seating to relax. Cottage faces south with lots of sun all day.
Surrounded by towering large hemlock and pine trees the newly renovated cottage has 5 comfortable bedrooms (2 king beds and 3 queen beds). Adjointed to the kitchen and dinner room is a beautiful timber 22 ft x 16 ft. screened-in porch with lounge area and dinning area overlooking the lake. New surrounding deck with glass railings provides a surround view with patio table and seating.

Healey Lake to a large lake approximately 11 kms long with many bays, inlets and islands that provides great fishing for large and small mouth bass, pike, perch, pickerel, crappies, sunfish etc.
Woods Bay (Georgian Bay) is located 10 minutes away. Many beautiful golf courses nearby.
The Cottage is one hour north of Barrie a few minutes off highway 400/69 and a short drive to Parry Sound, Port Carling, lots to do in the area. 10 minutes from Mactier you'll find groceries, LCBO and Home Hardware and other gift shops.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in July & August. Weekend and Low season rates are available. Winter rentals for snowmobiling or cross-country skiers. Cottage is located right next to Six Star snowmobile trails.
