The beach house is available Sunday to Sunday during the summer months of July and August. Year Round Weekly and Weekend dates available so you can enjoy a vacation any time of the year.

There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Sleeping 14, it is also suitable for large families, multi-family vacations and small groups that enjoy lots of space. Located in the heart of the Southcott Pines neighbourhood, just a quick walk from Private Sun Beach access! Beautifully furnished with all amenities and the comforts of home. The beach house is nestled in a quiet and secluded well treed park like setting where you can relax and enjoy peace and tranquility.

HOUSE RULES:
The cottage has a maximum occupancy of 10 persons. We allow families and mature responsible couples and adult groups. No smoking inside the cottage. No parties. Campfires must be contained within the enclosed campfire chiminea, no open fires. Bedding and towels are not supplied. Bring your own sheets, bed comforters, pillows and towels. Mattresses are lined for freshness. The cottage is to be returned in a clean condition. If you require a cleaning service upon departure, you must make arrangements with us prior to arrival so that services can be booked. Cleaning materials are supplied. Please be respectful, this is a residential neighbourhood!
