** 7 night min booking -Sunday to Sunday Only** Centrally located on the North Shore of Prince Edward Island in one of the Island's major summertime destinations, "Sunshine By the Sea" is a charming family-friendly paradise. This 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom open-concept beach house features a large central area that serves as both a living room and a dining room, with an adjoining kitchen including a raised breakfast bar with barstools. **The main floor is flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead out to the expansive deck. Outside, you will find a barbecue/ eating area as well as a sitting area with four Adirondack chairs.
**The main floor also features one guest bedroom with a double-sized bed and a full bathroom (inc. washer and dryer)
There is also a den off the kitchen which can function as a 5th bedroom with a pull-out couch.
**Upstairs, you will find two more comfortable guest bedrooms with comfortable double-sized beds
and a 3/4 bathroom.
Escape to your private oasis in your large sun-filled master bedroom/ensuite with a comfortable queen-sized bed with it's own private balcony overlooking the New London Bay.
Located in the exclusive gated community of "the Hebrides", guests are free to enjoy amenities such as our heated pool, 9-hole (par 3) golf course( you need to bring own golf clubs), the clubhouse which is located a short drive down the red dirt road into the heart of the
community.
Also a short walk to one of Prince Edward Island's beautiful North Shore Beaches.
