Located in the beautiful Town of Kearney, just 25min north from Huntsville and Arrowhead Provincial Park, Ont. The town is known as the Biggest Little Town in the Almaguin Highlands.
Cottage Sleeps 10 *6 Adults and 4 Children
It's a two min walk to Perry Lake, Main St., Sandy Beaches, ATV and Snowmobile trails, LCBO, kayak rentals, restaurants, boat launch, parks and so much more.
After a busy day come back to relax in a Hot tub or have a Woodburing Sauna. Roast marshmallows on the open fire while trying to get a glimpse of the northern lights.
Enjoy Nature, and hear the Wildlife!
Arrowhead provincial park, Brooks falls, Burk Falls and the Algonquin Park to name a few are only a few KM away.
In the Summer months enjoy ATV Tours, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Beaches, Arrowhead Park, Screaming Heads, Algonquin Park, and many many more Local Amenities.
In the Winter months enjoy Snowmobiles Trails, Arrowheads Skating in the Woods, Ice skating, Snowshoeing, Huntsville Ski Resort Hidden Valley or head over to many of the local winter Markets.

A FRAME COTTAGE
2 Bathrooms - 4 piece upper level - 2 piece lower level
3 Bedrooms - 2 upstairs 2 Queens and 2 bunk beds (sleeps 8 - 4 adults and 4 children) and lower level 1 Queen sleeps 2 adults
Sheets and Comforters on Beds are provided as well Hand, Dish and T-towel's (indoor only)
Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided
Extra pillows offered in upstairs closet.
4 rolls of Toilet paper are left in each Bathroom, 2 Rolls of paper towel, 4 large garbage bags (left under kitchen sink), dishwasher pods and 1 bundle of firewood (used for wood burning sauna)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Guest's are responsible for their own outdoor beach and bath towels.

Dogs allowed ($75.00 fee for more then 1- max 2)
Ample Parking -up to 6 vehicles

Security Cameras on site (1 in front - 1 one either side - 2 in the rear -not facing hot tub for security reasons only and disabled while there)
*Setting off fireworks and sky lanterns is not allowed in Kearney and is strictly prohibited. See By-Law 2018-24 for more information
When you pull up you feel the fresh air right away, hear the birds, and feel the breeze of nature! The North is breathtaking in all its beauty, and you won't be disappointed with all this right outside your door!
Relax and put your feet up on one of the Muskoka Chairs on either of the 2 balconies and enjoy the beautiful view and privacy.
Open concept - walk into living room and kitchen; fireplace for ambience; TV and basic Bell for your viewing and log into your own Netflix account; fast internet-wifi connection throughout; thermostats on wall for heat; window air conditioning units (installed in summer mths)
Back up Generac Generator installed to help ypu enjoy your stay even if the power goes out.
Outdoors - Walk through a bright Sunroom to backyard; Sauna (wood burning); Hot Tub (maintained weekly by professional company); BBQ set up with all utensils and propane tank supplied; Patio set and chairs with Umbrella; Fire Pit (Fire Rating Rules Followed) with Muskoka Chairs; Outdoor lights for the evening.
Post Cleaning Service is provided, we do ask you to take your garbage (kitchen+bathroom) out to bin (in driveway) and close lid, empty dishwasher, turn off all lights, fireplace, and all appliances and place all remotes back in holders, make sure air conditioners are off.

Primary renter accepts liability for all guests and owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

Additional reminder that Cottage doesn't offer laundry facilities.
Bring your own shower, sauna, hot tub and beach towels.
1 bundle of wood during your stay - can be used in the sauna or fire pit.- additional can be purchased at corner store.
BBQ and propane offered, however if your tank runs empty please exchange tank at store and let me know.
Toilet paper and Paper towel enough to get you started.
