A spacious 25' x 30' converted garage designed as a games and recreation room.
Entertainment includes a ping pong table, foosball table, and TV.
Lounge seating with chairs for relaxing.

Fitness space equipped with a Marcy home gym, chin-up bar, weight bench, and yoga mat. All can be used at your own risk.

Outside Space:
Lots of space to play badminton, croquet, mini golf, or a game of soccer. Or relax on the hammock or lounge chairs, while children could be having fun on the swing set and mini trampoline, which can be used at your own risk.

Enjoy the lake view and the private sandy beach area. Relax on the dock and enjoy the kayaks and paddle boat. Watch the sunset or make s'more from the paved circular fire pit area.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire chalet and all its amenities, except the shed and locked storage. Enjoy the wrap-around balcony, paved circular fire pit, and a spacious games room with ping pong and foosball. Stay active in the gym space, or head outdoors to the dock, private sandy beach, 3 kayaks, and paddle boat. The large open yard is perfect for play, with croquet, badminton, and mini golf available for family fun.

Chalet Lakeside Haven – A Peaceful Nature Retreat

Comfort & Essentials:
Linens and towels are provided.
Black towels are provided for makeup removal.
Well water is drinkable and tested safe. Please do not put oil in the kitchen sink to avoid clogging.
Washer & dryer available (detergent provided).
Blow dryers, first aid kit, iron & ironing board included.
Septic system: please flush toilet paper only. Plastic bags are provided for sanitary products and diapers for guest convenience.

Kitchen & Appliances:
Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans.
Keurig coffee machine + pods provided, along with assorted teas.
Appliances: stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher (detergent included), air fryer (instructions provided), toaster, kettle, & blender for smoothies, electric mixer, etc.
Electric fireplace for ambience — please unplug after each use.

House Use & Comfort:
Heating and cooling are provided. Thermostats are preset for your comfort.
Open-concept living and dining with large windows for breathtaking views.

Outdoor & Property Rules
Parking: Free on the spacious driveway for registered guests.
Fire Pit: Use only designated wood. Fires must be fully extinguished before bed. Note: During provincial fire bans, the fire pit may not be used.
Boating: Life jackets provided (hooks to hang them on). The lake has shallow areas which is perfect for children and non-swimmers.
Beach Use: Private sandy beach for guests only. Please return sand toys to the sandbox after use.
Outdoor Furniture: Relax in 2 hammocks, lounge chairs, and Adirondack chairs.
BBQ: Available for use — please clean thoroughly after each use.

Entertainment & Rainy Day Fun:
Games Room: Ping pong, foosball, gym space with Marcy home gym, weights bench and weights, yoga mat and jump rope. The use of the gym equipment are at your own risk.
Family Games: Boggle, dominoes, scrabble, taboo, badminton, croquet.
Indoor Fun: 1 DVD player,movies, stereo system, & guitar

Local options in Gracefield & Maniwaki – Grocery (Metro, IGA), casual restaurants, cafés.

Mont Ste-Marie Ski Resort – ~50 min drive, alpine skiing & snowboarding.

Local cross-country trails – Options near Bouchette and Gracefield and on the lake(at chalet).

Boating & Launch Sites:

Grand Lac Rond (at chalet) – Kayaks (3) and paddle boat (1) included. Also, enjoy fishing on the lake.

Municipal boat launch – Lac des 31 Milles (Bouchette) – For larger boats, ~10–15 min.

Accessibility:
Chalet Lakeside Haven has convenient parking and a well-lit entrance. However, Please note that the main entrance and indoor layout include stairs, and bathrooms are not accessibility-adapted.
